Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Casa Grande

This store has severely declined! I previously had a good review here, but the past Three visists have been bad. SAFETY Night older female manager does not care. She props the back door wide open exposing underage employees to a possible robbery. That is obviously a more dangerous habit then not greeting customers. Night crew is pre-cooking mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, biscuits, etc. Then laying all of this up near the counter where customers wait... easy CROSS CONTAMINATION. I have not yet addressed the cold/old chicken strips OR the undercooked strips. A very serious complaint, Food Safety. It Must be addressed by Pinal County Health officials. 9-5 health inspection may pass, after 7pm, I am certain F concerning the customers health. RUDE When you order at the front...... that is it. They take No More orders until they fill the order they last took. If I was the owner of a store that just paid for remodel, I would want to know why my employees are not capturing the sales "standing" right there. TIME When it is your turn to give your order, expect to wait 6-10 minutes. Wait in line to give your order another 10-15 minutes.

There is No Doubt this store is losing serious sales with the evening management in place. The manager literally hides from customers wanting to talk to them.

I have been wanting churches chicken for a minute.there arent any close so i drove about 25 minutes to this location in casa grande and it was an expensive mess..,i got there about 45 min before they closed soooo i ordered a family size meal they said that they would have to put chicken in the fryer and they're about to close . I told her she had enough time to cook it and she wasn't too happy but she let me order I asked for hot sauce and plates I did not get them I ordered an extra side of okra the shareable size. I have to wait for about 15 minutes in the parking lot for the food to be ready got home that's when I realized that I did not have hot sauce I did not have plates the chicken was not all the way cooked and my okra was undercooked and soggy I guess because I insisted that they still cook the chicken because they had enough time to do it they decided that they didn't want to cook my food all the way it was too late for me to call and I just let it go. So I had a very horrible experience at the church's Texas Chicken...

I went Thur the drive Thur and ordered my dinner. And when I got u to the window they said that they have no chicken breast and they said that it would be 8ti 10 mins. Well. Ok so I bought a two piece diner and extra piece breast plus I payed extra to u grade then I get home and I have three pieces. Of thighs that I didn't order hot n spice on top didn't order spice at all..so no didn't go back it was all ready 830 had a long day ...then I went back the other day order at the drive Thur and again no chicken breast it I would like to wait again why wait to get the chicken that I order and get home and find out wasn't what I even order it cost 5. Dollars up grade a 1 the u buy extra at 2 dollars all most 9 dollar to get home and find a 5 dollar dinner that wasn't even I order on top of it the y. Charge me 9. I don't know but I think if ur gone. Have a food chain they should have the chick ready so...
