Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Casa Grande

The reason why I will never rate a Papa John's Pizza store a Five star rating is more personal than a public reason. I'll choose not to disclose those ugly details on the internet. They have a very limited Menu, Highest prices on there pizzas without there discounts. Most stores don't like giving out discounts due to loss of revenue. Store managers are trained to say that's not the case when it truly is the case. You get a better pizza from Barro's, Domino's, Pizza Hut, Godfather's pizza, and Papa Murphy's. Depending on the pizza you could even say Little Caesars pizza is better tasting then a Papa John's Pizza The biggest thing they have to offer with there pizza is there garlic butter when others you just simply don't need it. That's my personal opinion. They'll give good service until you anger a manager or a Customer service Representative then they'll sometimes choose to be rude to you if they choose to. I’m sad to write this review because I’ve always loved Papa Johns pizza. But as I was walking in so was a delivery employee who went straight to the back, clearly didn’t wash his hands or put on gloves, started scooping out cheese with his hands helping another employee make pizzas. I then saw who I believe is the manager? rounding out pizza dough and step away to do a transaction on the register then went back to rounding out the dough. I was disgusted and decided to cancel my order. The dough handler is the one I spoke to and I pointed out what I had just witnessed to which he responded “I used hand sanitizer” and “I’ll talk to that guy about that” I told him that that wasn’t good enough and walked out. I had heard about the lack of hand washing from a couple other people in the past but wasn’t sure until I witnessed it for myself. I ordered a few months ago. I thought the cheese was so melty...and when i took a bite, the dough was EXTREMELY soggy. It was so gross. Uber would not give me my money back. I decided to take another chance tonight.

The wings were good. I think you guys need to check the experation date in your blue cheese dressing. This is twice that I got a sour old dressing. The papa bowl, well, was salty. I COULDNT eat it at all. I just had all the ingredients that would be on a pizza so it tasted like one, without the bread. Except I ordered alfredo. No alfredo was in it whatsoever and no cheese at all. I received a bowl of toppings. I would not recommend.
