EDIT* I received a refund for this terrible experience. The "know it all" on the phone didn't know that was on the way it seems. *

As per usual, I never go out of my way to leave a review unless the experience is really terrible. Every single time I've come to this specific Filiberto's (a total of 3 times) the experience has been plain poor whether it be service from the service worker or just messing up my order. This isn't me playing Karen or "The customer is always right" - It's just a straight up lack of common sense to food service and people doing their job.

Whoever they had working on the phone March 17th @ 9PM as well as March 28th at 1PM has 0 customer service skills. I understand food service sucks and is a soul sucking job; you don't need to take that out on me over the phone, especially when you seem to be "new" to the point where you can't find a receipt when I'm giving you all of the information you could possibly need and more, but also experienced enough to where you seem to want to call the shots on whether I'm able to discuss pulling up the receipt with someone else. Pick one. According to her, they cannot pull a receipt with the transaction time approximation, transaction amount, orders purchased, or last 4 of the card so maybe we're still stuck in the early 2000's.

According to her as well, since I can't seem to speak to anyone else to verify, they can just mess up your order and take no accountability if it's past one hour since you've received it. This is completely ignoring the fact that people often get fast-food to eat the next day for lunch and this place sells enclosed food items such as burritos. Next time, I'll be sure to deconstruct the burrito in the drive-thru thoroughly to make sure you guys don't give me something that I asked you to not give me twice. If you order any enclosed food like a burrito or enchilada to eat for work tomorrow just go ahead and die I guess. She states they will give no refund and no remake in this instance when the food is sitting rotting in the fridge because I don't want to eat it because it's not what we told her.

So, to keep a final tally of how they've messed up my order in the year and some months I've had the displeasure of ordering here: Last year I was charged for Sour Cream on the Carne Asada fries. Not extra sour cream - I was charged for THE sour cream I'm ALREADY supposed to get because the person that rang me up just.. felt like it? It was my first time ordering here so I thought it was just this store's thing until.. I came back months later, expecting to be charged for sour cream, so I asked if there was a charge and if so I'd just add the sour cream at home. Girl says there's no charge for it. I pull up to the window and I go to ask a follow-up question to confirm that I'm NOT being charged for the sour cream (I also wanted to let her know that SOMEONE in there is incorrectly charging people for sour cream and they should look into that) - the girl shuts the window in my face despite very clearly being able to hear I'm engaging in conversation with her. Opens the window to hand me my food and reshuts it mid sentence until I pull off and stands there side-eyeing me at the counter. Two days ago - they messed up my order, refuse to pull the receipt, refuse to acknowledge any mistake, and have the most insufferable sounding person managing the phones currently.

Please hire someone else that doesn't seem torn between being a new employee when it suits her but having all of the knowledge in the world. If she's so new, why is she the center communication for a financial concern between a customer and the establishment? If she's not new, why is she lying and stating she is? I wish I could say the food makes up for the lack of positive experiences, but this particular location's cooking isn't even that good compared to other Filiberto's for some reason. You're lucky if you get your order as you expected it and are charged the correct amount - this seems to be a common theme between...

Looking for an unbeatable Mexican fiesta for your taste buds? Look no further than Filiberto's! This hidden gem of a restaurant has elevated my love for Mexican cuisine to new heights, thanks to their mouthwatering and utterly authentic Carne Asada street tacos.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a vibrant atmosphere that immediately transports you to the streets of Mexico. The staff at Filiberto's truly makes you feel like family, adding an extra touch of joy to the dining experience.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show - their Carne Asada street tacos. One word: WOW! The tender, perfectly grilled steak is marinated to perfection, boasting an irresistible smoky flavor that dances on your taste buds. The savory juices are locked in, making each bite a heavenly explosion of taste. Served on soft, freshly made corn tortillas and garnished with diced onions, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime, these tacos are the epitome of authenticity.

I appreciate the simplicity of the dish, allowing the natural flavors to shine through without overwhelming the senses. Every ingredient complements the other, resulting in a harmonious and delicious taco that makes you crave more.

What also sets Filiberto's apart is their dedication to using the finest, locally sourced ingredients. The freshness and quality are evident in every bite, proving that they take pride in delivering an unforgettable dining experience.

As a bonus, their extensive salsa bar adds a delightful twist to the meal. With a range of salsas, from mild to fiery, you can customize your tacos to suit your taste buds perfectly. And believe me, each salsa is an adventure in itself!

Whether you're a die-hard Mexican food aficionado or a curious food explorer, Filiberto's is an absolute must-visit destination. The flavors, the ambiance, and the impeccable service combine to create an unforgettable dining affair.

In conclusion, Filiberto's has captured the essence of true Mexican street food magic with their Carne Asada street tacos. My taste buds are eternally grateful for this culinary journey. Do yourself a favor and indulge in the gastronomic wonder that is Filiberto's - you won't be disappointed!

Pro tip: Arrive with an empty stomach, as you'll want to savor every single taco they offer. Buen...

I had the beef nachos and was expecting ground beef taco meat. It was chopped beef, which would have been okay, but this was under the heat lamp too long or something. The beef chunks were dried out and chewy. We also ordered an order of chips and guacamole, expecting a plate or bowl of chips with a side of guacamole. Instead, we got a plate of chips that had some kind of green, creamy stuff spooned over them. Didn't really taste like guacamole. My wife had a couple of fish tacos. She said they were acceptable. We added one bottle of water and a medium soft drink to our order. Total ticket came out to a little over $42, which might have been okay if the food was good. It wasn't. It was like a low-end fast food place with poor quality food charging high-end prices. No atmosphere (a few cheap chairs and tables scattered around inside of an aluminum and glass store-front dining area). Needless to say, that will be one less place we have to consider when we're trying to decide where to grab a fast...

Delicious chili rellenos and mouth watering cheese enchiladas. The drive through person at 1130 this morning was so polite. She remembered the napkins and forks. Instead of her saying your welcome she said "My Pleasure"! No honey it was all ours. Fantastic place to eat. Best tasting American Mexican food I have eaten in awhile. Coming from Tucson off at exit 287 then right. Got to shopping mall light then its behind the inn and out burger next to the Verizon store. Thank yall for a great experience. Have a blessed day!!:)

This place is a absolute no for me. The burrito was extremely small compared to what they are supposed to be. ITS A BEAN BURRITO SHY OF $7 AND YOU BEYOND CHIMP IT! Let alone only got 2 bean burritos and sat at the windows for 12 minutes. Yall were dead inside and out. Yall are pathetic charging a $7 for something a taco belle burro looked like before they started chimping. This is 80% tortilla. The width is bc it is wrapped over 3x. Keep your prices high but at least let ppl know the sizes are half then they used to be.

Best carne asada in Casa Grande. I grew up in southern Cali and when I ask for a carne asada burrito I want carne and no fooling around. This place knows what’s up the burrito was huge, full of carne and a splash of pico. We also did the #18, two carne asada tacos with rice and beans. Fresh, fast, delicious, with kind customer service. Gracias Filiberto’s team we will be back for the Pozole and Sopes.
