EDIT* I received a refund for this terrible experience. The "know it all" on the phone didn't know that was on the way it seems. *
As per usual, I never go out of my way to leave a review unless the experience is really terrible. Every single time I've come to this specific Filiberto's (a total of 3 times) the experience has been plain poor whether it be service from the service worker or just messing up my order. This isn't me playing Karen or "The customer is always right" - It's just a straight up lack of common sense to food service and people doing their job.
Whoever they had working on the phone March 17th @ 9PM as well as March 28th at 1PM has 0 customer service skills. I understand food service sucks and is a soul sucking job; you don't need to take that out on me over the phone, especially when you seem to be "new" to the point where you can't find a receipt when I'm giving you all of the information you could possibly need and more, but also experienced enough to where you seem to want to call the shots on whether I'm able to discuss pulling up the receipt with someone else. Pick one. According to her, they cannot pull a receipt with the transaction time approximation, transaction amount, orders purchased, or last 4 of the card so maybe we're still stuck in the early 2000's.
According to her as well, since I can't seem to speak to anyone else to verify, they can just mess up your order and take no accountability if it's past one hour since you've received it. This is completely ignoring the fact that people often get fast-food to eat the next day for lunch and this place sells enclosed food items such as burritos. Next time, I'll be sure to deconstruct the burrito in the drive-thru thoroughly to make sure you guys don't give me something that I asked you to not give me twice. If you order any enclosed food like a burrito or enchilada to eat for work tomorrow just go ahead and die I guess. She states they will give no refund and no remake in this instance when the food is sitting rotting in the fridge because I don't want to eat it because it's not what we told her.
So, to keep a final tally of how they've messed up my order in the year and some months I've had the displeasure of ordering here: Last year I was charged for Sour Cream on the Carne Asada fries. Not extra sour cream - I was charged for THE sour cream I'm ALREADY supposed to get because the person that rang me up just.. felt like it? It was my first time ordering here so I thought it was just this store's thing until.. I came back months later, expecting to be charged for sour cream, so I asked if there was a charge and if so I'd just add the sour cream at home. Girl says there's no charge for it. I pull up to the window and I go to ask a follow-up question to confirm that I'm NOT being charged for the sour cream (I also wanted to let her know that SOMEONE in there is incorrectly charging people for sour cream and they should look into that) - the girl shuts the window in my face despite very clearly being able to hear I'm engaging in conversation with her. Opens the window to hand me my food and reshuts it mid sentence until I pull off and stands there side-eyeing me at the counter. Two days ago - they messed up my order, refuse to pull the receipt, refuse to acknowledge any mistake, and have the most insufferable sounding person managing the phones currently.
Please hire someone else that doesn't seem torn between being a new employee when it suits her but having all of the knowledge in the world. If she's so new, why is she the center communication for a financial concern between a customer and the establishment? If she's not new, why is she lying and stating she is? I wish I could say the food makes up for the lack of positive experiences, but this particular location's cooking isn't even that good compared to other Filiberto's for some reason. You're lucky if you get your order as you expected it and are charged the correct amount - this seems to be a common theme between...

Read moreI had the beef nachos and was expecting ground beef taco meat. It was chopped beef, which would have been okay, but this was under the heat lamp too long or something. The beef chunks were dried out and chewy. We also ordered an order of chips and guacamole, expecting a plate or bowl of chips with a side of guacamole. Instead, we got a plate of chips that had some kind of green, creamy stuff spooned over them. Didn't really taste like guacamole. My wife had a couple of fish tacos. She said they were acceptable. We added one bottle of water and a medium soft drink to our order. Total ticket came out to a little over $42, which might have been okay if the food was good. It wasn't. It was like a low-end fast food place with poor quality food charging high-end prices. No atmosphere (a few cheap chairs and tables scattered around inside of an aluminum and glass store-front dining area). Needless to say, that will be one less place we have to consider when we're trying to decide where to grab a fast...
