Read moreAbsolutely the worst Starbucks experience I've ever encountered!! I waited at the window for over 15 minutes before anyone decided to take note of their employee responsibilities and do the job they are paid to do. Finally, after 15 minutes of honking to get someone's attention, one of the so called "baristas" came and collected my money. Then, they handed me one of my two drinks, said "have a nice day", and closed the window. I once again had to resort to pummeling my horn like a neanderthal attempting to communicate amongst his peers. Once I had gained their attention, the asked me "is there something that I may help you with?" I explained that I didn't have my second drink. Now, it should have been simple, right? Nope! They said that another drink was never made. I had to sit there and explain to them with proof of my receipt, that just because it wasn't made, doesn't mean that I get screwed out of my drink. Apparently, their mistake of forgetting to make a drink was such a foreign concept to them, they, had to basically break out the white board, call in a mathematician, and crunch the numbers all so that they could be sure that my master plan wasn't to drive to their lovely establishment, order and pay for two drinks, and attempt the greatest con of all time. RECEIVING THREE DRINKS FOR THE PRICE OF TWO!
Whomever the hiring manager is at this location absolutely deserves a round of applause for their decision making skills when it comes to their hiring process. How these people can survive on a daily basis without causing catastrophic damage to themselves and everyone around them is an absolute miracle. Really, fantastic job, intelligent staff. Amazing work!

Update 4/21/16 The employees here are the worst & I've been to Starbucks all over the country. They keep it cleaner since the last post but their customer service skills haven't improved. I was chided by the drive-thru cashier bc I didn't know their rules or protocol on their mobile orders when in fact the barista was calling out mobile orders which conflicted w/what the drive-thru girl stated. It didn't end there. She proceeded to yell at me as I was walking out in silence, in front of other customers, embarrassing me just so she can show everyone she 'tried to help me'. This place is definitely losing my business.
1/3/17 Forced to come here bc it's the Only stand-alone sbucks in town. The barista was the best so far out of all my visits here but got charged for what was suppose to be a free refill by the new girl who seemed too scared to ask for help, which I can understand. The others didn't look too friendly/willing to help her. Bathrooms still unkempt & lobby trash still always full/overflowing btw. Does any management ever read these posts/care about customer's business? Happy New Year. 6/2022 Over the past few months service has improved inside but mostly drive-thru. Except for today. Placed a mobile order, something completely simple. And a customer ordered @ the register 2 drinks and they got theirs first, even though I had ordered 10 min prior🤔
