Had such a horrible experience recently. About a week ago I picked up an order after a long day at work and when I got home my food was so nasty. I got a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was so old and thin I couldn't eat it all. It felt like I was trying to eat cardboard. Also, my tater tots had black specs in them, I'm sure they had been dunked in the fryer more times than anyone could remember. I couldn't finish the meal. I called customer service and was prompted to fill out a complaint online. Nothing ever happened. I was never contacted or emailed. I was sent a survey on how my resolution was and I told them nothing was ever resolved. Nobody contacted or attempted to compensate me. I won't be going back.

Trying to order drinks and the gentleman with the really deep voice just doesn’t seem to know the menu or understand what customers are asking for. As someone who used to work at Sonic it’s frustrating he doesn’t know what the add ins are or what a crème slushy is. I asked him to come out each time I’m here and ask him what is the ingredients for a crème slushy? He answers but then says “well we have creamer too.” Why would someone want coffee creamer in a slushy ? Am I missing something? So after this happened we received our drinks and both had diarrhea after drinking our slushy. After returning I stayed at the window to watch them make our drinks (after asking him again to come outside to get the order correct I also told him I knew he made our drinks the last time) He comes out and tells me to go sit in my car he’ll bring my drink to me. I insisted I’d stay at the glass window at the seating area so I can see the drinks being made. Seems to me the manager (wearing a hair wrap) knows what’s going on in there, which is even more disturbing. This is specifically during happy hour on the weekends. Our drinks came out wrong, again. I love paying for add ins and not receiving them. He also kept he receipt. So make sure to ask for the receipt. Be careful coming to this location if you get the people...

You need to be careful when ordering food here. When you tell them what you want on your burger or whatever you are getting you may get more then you ask for. If you have a allergy to anything that they may put on your food you could be in trouble. I ordered a double cheeseburger with mustard ONLY with the intent to go home to eat it. When I got home and unwrapped my burger it had everything on it. Lettuce, tomato, pickles and onions. I am not allergic to any of this stuff I just prefer not to have it. Luckily I looked before biting into it so I could take it all off. This is not the first time this has happened at this location as well as other Sonic locations. Either Sonic needs better people working there or better training or management needs to step up and do their job of managing the help and seeing to it that the food is made per the customers wishes. There is a sign on the building in the drive though that says customized food here or least something to that effect. When you pay almost $9.00 for a hamburger it would nice if they made it the way you ordered it. Not the way a lot of other may be getting it. Am I upset about this, you better believe it. It will be awhile before I give them any of...
