I loved leaf life. it wasn't my main spot but I have certain engagements in casa grande so it was convenient location for me to pop into and whenever I did I was NEVER disappointed. always good quality always great service and always a compassionate and personable crew. welp that was until tonight. tonight was my second time coming to this location since the harvest buy out (which I had no love or hate for as harvest is another location I'm quite fond of) however tonight I was turned away at the door 10 minutes before closing......I was a little taken back by this, considering my prior engagement would typically take me up until 8:30 then I would rush to lead life and at some times I would make it 3 minutes before closing and there wasn't even a hesitation on being taken care of. leaf life held honor and integrity to their claim and were clearly more about putting the customers first, they stated they closed at 9 and they did. this new "harvest" location didn't seem to wish to follow that model. they makes claims of closing at 9 however they leave the door unlocked just to let you know they will not assist you because, well they want to clock out at 9. I could understand if I called in and said "hey do you think I can make it" and was met with a "probably not" however I was two feet inside the unlocked building and refused service 10 minutes before closing??? well if you close at 8:50 then that's what you need to put as your buissness hours as it's a great inconvenience to believe I have time to make it when it's really just at the discretion of their feeling like. besides that 10 minutes? never have I ever spent 10 minutes just trying to "figure out what I want" and even if I wasn't the quickest with deciding 10 minutes is plenty of time for one tender to take care of me whilst the others continue their closing duties idk though I'm not back their I'm just saying what ever leaf life was doing to make that happen successfully could easily be followed by this new...
Read more2025 update:: They are still just as bad as there were years ago! Only change is they added the point system back. Their online website to even view deals is so unbelievably confusing. I don't even know what deals they have going on. Another reason why I'm not even going to consider you guys a dispensary anymore. Was going to give them one more chance maybe today and maybe get something from harvest but after going back to their website and seeing how confusing it still is, it's not worth it. A drive out of town to a better dispensary is much more worth it.
DON'T, I repeat DON'T go to this dispensary! It's so much more worth your time driving out of town for your goods. You will find nicer employees, better deals, way way way less of a wait time and zero problems. Casa Grande needs a new and better dispensary!!! Would give this dispensary of 0 if I could because it is Hands down worst dispensary of Arizona. I'm not talking about harvest itself just this location specifically!! Half the time I go there there's always some sort of problem with their online ordering where I have to go out of town instead of this only in town dispensary!! One of the ladies that answered the phone when I called a while back was the worst customer service I've had at a dispensary she was very rude with her tone and very condescending with the thing she said to me cause I was upset. I'm appalled you guys ever allowed anyone that rude to answer the phones. I worked customer service for years and I have never spoke to a customer that way!!! Been going to this dispensaries sporadically for three years and it's just gotten worse over the years. I used to think this was a good dispensary. After you guys took away the point system you had recently, I literally I have not gone back and won't be!! That was the only good thing left in your dispensary and you just took it...
Read moreI have been a patient since the first day that Brian opened the doors of LeafLife with an awesome staff. Billy is a great manager but some of the staff seem to think that we work for them instead of the other way around. With no patients we wouldn't need dispensaries or budtenders. Sunday I escorted my husband who gets extremely anxious in dispensaries. He has had a card for two years but he's only been in a dispensary 4 times at most because of he doesn't understand the strains and when the budtenders give him too much information he just gets confused, so I always go and get our medicine so he is not subjected to getting confused and upset. For the reason he doesn't shop anywhere, I do all our shopping. This Sunday, the staff wasn't ready to open as there were no tv monitors with menus and no one let us know what strains were available and when I asked to know what the 1/2 oz strains were the guy on the desk became highly upset and calling for the manager stating that he is so stressed? Really? I am only the 5th person of the day, how will he react to patients the rest of the day? I served in the military for everyone. When he called for his manager because he is so stressed, the manager comes out and tells me that she will give me the information this time and loudly calls out the names of the strains available; which others in the lobby were also glad to know. She then loudly states that next time I will not be given any additional information and that I may not be served, which I was conveniently skipped over today on purpose (saved me some money). If the staff is getting burnt out take a break but don't take it out on the patients. We all have different medical issues but we come to buy medicine not be treated rudely. I gave 4 stars for the great staff that still show they truly care for us (the patients). Have...
