Honestly the first experience wasnt bad. There wasnt allot of people so got to look around without being rushed. Checked out, lady was nice bagged our stuff. The second visit, no one around to help or ask questions to. Checked out and the only good thing that happened was the lady gave us a cart to walk out with which was nice. This last experience was awful. There was moldy lamb, when we got to check out i gave it to the cashier and she just tossed it behind her. The cashier started tossing our items i unloaded from our cart into a different cart, i put our bag in the cart and asked if she could put them what was left in the bag and she straight ignored me. After tossing all our groceries into the other cart she told me i needed to leave her cart there. Im like why did you toss all our groceries into this cart if your gunna make me reload them into the cart we brought? Shes like it has my quarter in it. i was bagging my stuff and she said just take both carts its fine as if telling us to get the hell out of her way. She was so rude and no customer service. I refuse to go back if thats the service and experience they are going to give. Being a new store to town you would think people would be a little nicer there are other big chains to shop at. I hope the cashiers can go through some more training on communication and customer service in hopes to gain more foot traffic instead...
Read moreWasn't a great first impression. Definitely not the same as it is in Europe. Some employees need to be fired. Like the over weight Caucasian guy on the register around 6pm on 10/22/25. He was extremely rude towards my 82 year old mother and towards me. We weren't mean to him. I guess this must be the same guy everyone is talking about on the cg chat groups and az city groups and on nextdoor. Someone better needs to replace him before he upsets the wrong person.
I shop at aldi in italy and Germany when seeing family. Over there it's a much better experience.
Other than the horrible cashier , it wasnt bad. Definitely better than the chandler aldi. Funny that people complain about the pay carts đ big babies. This is normal in the rest of the world. We use a little plastic token over in Europe. No one uses real money đ. You get like 30 little plastic coins for the...

I witnessed a pallet of items including glass jars fall in front of a customerâI'm not sure if she touched it or if it fell on its ownâbut the staff member turned, glared at her, and then went right back to what she was doing. Several customers stopped to make sure the woman was okay, but the employee showed no concern.
While Iâll continue shopping here, the staff definitely need additional training. If someone dislikes their job this much, perhaps they should consider working elsewhere. Treating customers like theyâre an inconvenience is...
