My recent visit to the Salvation Army Thrift Store was deeply disappointing due to an unfortunate experience involving my 10-year-old child. While browsing the store, my child urgently needed to use the bathroom. I approached a staff member and politely asked if my child could use the restroom, only to be curtly informed that the restrooms were not available to customers.
This policy seemed particularly unreasonable given the circumstances. It’s understandable that some stores may have restrictions, but showing a little empathy, especially towards a child, would go a long way. The staff’s lack of concern and unwillingness to make an exception was upsetting. The refusal forced us to cut our visit short and seek facilities elsewhere, causing unnecessary distress.

I'm like HUH? you're kidding me right? I can buy one in the color that I was really looking for for the same price and have it delivered right to my door, and not have to worry about koodies! Guess who walked out without a purchase.. By Felicia! I went to Goodwill 2 blocks down the road and bought TWO suit jackets for (with tax) $6.93 and they were in a...
