This place is awesome.My daughter and I had been walking by when she noticed they had her favorite “Labubu” in every color you can think of so we decided to get a new color for her.Then as we were walking to pay ,one of the associates noticed my extremely cracked screen protector and asked if I needed a new one and that he could get me one for a fair price.(I definitely needed to replace my screen protector) so I went ahead and proceeded.I didn’t know he would change it in store for me.It took him just one minute to install the protector and my phone looked brand new again.I am so happy we decided to drop by.I also noticed there was hundreds of different styles of phone cases,I will definitely pay the store another visit in the future!!😁Amazing service, friendly employees!

Shady scam artist alert 🚨 I bought an Oled screen replacement for iPhone 16 plus. It took a couple days to fix it, waiting on "UPS". Once the new screen was put on the phone never worked the same again. Constantly being locked out of the phone for over an hour, screen going black, purple bubbles permanently showing on the screen. Took the phone to another phone repair shop, told me the screen I paid over $250 for was garbage and costs $11. When confronting the owner his response was he should have charged $100 more for being a rude customer. Don't get your phone fixed here unless you want a screen from Temu installed that will make your phone go crazy.

I had an excellent experience with the phone repair shop inside Walmart in Casa Grande. My phone had a cracked screen and the charging port wasn’t working properly it was frustrating to use. The technicians quickly diagnosed both issues, replaced the screen with high-quality parts, and cleaned and repaired the charging port. Now, the screen looks brand new and the phone charges perfectly again. They were very professional, explained the process clearly, and completed the repair faster than expected. Highly recommend their service to anyone who needs reliable and skilled phone repairs!

Came in to get my screen repaired before I moved over the weekend, and they said that they could get it done 2 days before I moved, I would just have to wait one day for the parts to come in, which was fine and completely understandable, but then they said they would call me when the parts came in and they never did, I had to call them, so then I took my phone in to get the screen replaced, but they didn't replace the fingerprint reader on the screen and said the part wouldn't be in for a couple of days, and so they would call me when it came in and they never did, so now I'm stuck with phone with no fingerprint sensor and a new screen was installed incorrectly, and I can watch my battery percentage drop by the minute, which it didn't do before I came in. And I had to move out of state, I also had to pay up front so now I'm out $230 and a properly...

Paided about 70$ for them to fix my home button on my phone. I have a Samsung A13 5G. They told me the part would come in 2 to 3 days since the part is at New Jersey. I came in on 8/12. I waited but had to come in since I needed my phone ASAP on 8/18. They had trouble finding the new part since a coworker of theirs misplaced it. They got the part from a used phone, same model. I was expecting a new part to be installed but unfortunately got a used part. I'm very disappointed since I payed for the new part even though it was never installed in my phone, but content since my phone is now on. :\
