We went in for our date night as soon as we walked in there were 3 people behind the counters we walked in tried to make eye contact with at least one of them but they just looked away. Finally after standing awkwardly we asked to get a beer and they showed us that we pour our own beer and that we need to get a card. I never have been to a place like this so it was just so awkward. That they didn’t explain how it worked or even ask us if we needed help with anything. The staff was not very friendly. I would recommend the staff to welcome all customers and explain to them how everything works and the other amenities that they offer. It just seemed like they didn’t want us in there.
