So far we got sat after 5 minutes of waitlist which is great! I’m currently out to lunch with my friend and her two kids we got sat and than waited about 15 minutes to get greeted and than we ordered our drinks we got our cocktails and waters out a few minutes after we had ordered them. Our server never told us her name she wasn’t very interacting she got our order and she walked away. We didn’t get our food until like 45 to an hour after I had finished my cocktail and i started to get frustrated, because our food wasn’t there yet but when we finally got our food it was cold my burger felt like it was in the fridge and the kids got chicken tenders and they were room temp, they ate it and the poutine was hot when it came out and good, but my burger was cold and my bun was hard like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp the whole time while they made the rest of our food. When we got our food it took us 10 minutes or so to get the servers attention when we did she offered to remake it they ended up taking it off the bill but it was unfortunate because it seems like a very welcoming place but the service isn’t the greatest if you don’t mind waiting and hour for cold food be my guest to go but I don’t think I’ll be returning, Due to the fact this the second time i’ve been here and I got the same type of experience the first time. I do like the aesthetic but I don’t think it’s worth the time you actually have to be there waiting for your food. And I still never got my ranch when I had asked the server. And she never actually apologized for the food being cold nor did she even ask how our food was after we got it. Our server was named sierra and the only way we knew her name and found out was due to our receipt that’s a little disappointing, I’ve worked in restaurants for years and I understand people have bad days but I’ve been here twice and this is how I get treated no thank you. I wouldn’t recommend going there. I hope the owners address this with there service. I did not speak to a manager because I couldn’t get any staff members attention long enough to ask I left upset and felt like they didn’t care enough to at least give ...

If you're looking for good atmosphere, great service and spectacular food you gotta check this place out. I saw this was one of the highest rated joints in town and stopped in for a bite. My server Sarah was wonderful, friendly and made excellent suggestions. I was quite pleasantly surprised that one of the Chefs who was dining with his family at the next table over heard our conversation and came over to give his recommendations as well. After hearing them out, I settled on the Sante Fe burger and taking both of their suggestions did a bison patty and added red peppers to it. Both recommendations turned out fantastic! The burger had a little heat kick so the side of pork belly mac was a nice way to cool it down between bites. Also I ordered the steak bites as an appetizer, you gotta try these. They're like super tender, flaky chicken fingers but instead filled with steaky goodness along with a nice creamy sauce for dipping. I was impressed with their originality. Sarah also talked me into a slice of cheesecake at the end that she personally baked earlier that day. Turns out it was the lightest slice I'd ever had. Over all, I think anything you get off this menu is gonna be killer and I highly recommend if youre a local or even if you're just passing through. Come check em out cause they're...

Amazing place to visit many times. Its located downtown just down the road from David Street Station, so after a movie or music and some friendly banter with strangers you meet, head down for amazing food/drinks at an extremely reasonable price. The staff are perfectly wonderful, and are actually extremely interested in how the food is, and are not afraid to receive criticism about the food; they only ever want to do better as time progresses. Perfect date night for a single pair or a double date. It's super easy to pay for everyone because a burger is so cheap yet so wonderfully perfect. Juicy and steamy between two buns with all the goodies put aside to allow more room for condiments. The burgers arent the only amazing thing, the shrimp scampi is also great, a light zingy touch to a smoked shrimp flavor with spices that pop on the tongue for texture and flavor enhancement with a variety of surfy tastes and feels I'm sure will impress the most critical of personalities and the most anxious to try new things. Cold beverage and a nice meal with friends/significant others followed by a night under the beautiful stars surrounded by peaceful strangers enjoying the bustling nighttime downtown lifestyle. Stop by and give everything a try! You wont be...

The menu contains a variety of menu items unique to the Branding Iron. The jalapeno poppers are made in-house and served with a raspberry dipping sauce which pairs excellently. The sweet from the raspberry sauce combined with the heat from the jalapenos, the creamy richness of the filling, and the textural contrast (crunch) of the fried breading make these jalapeno poppers the best I've ever had. Lots of other interesting looking things on the menu I didn't get a chance to try. The Yak Burger I believe was a temporary item and it was delicious. Yak is not as "gamey" as bison, but slightly more so than beef. They had a few yummy looking bison burgers on the menu, in addition to beef burgers. I normally go with bison, but had to try the Yak, and Wasn't disappointed.

We didn't know we needed fried green tomatoes in Casper, but we saw the Branding Iron had them and sure were glad we stopped by. I had The Cody, bison, bacon, blue cheese, and onion frizzels, and my friend got The Casper, pork/beef, with mac and cheese and burnt ends! Both were delicious, we had a hard time picking but our lovely and kind waitress made her recommendations. The fried green tomatoes and the dill aioli!! My my my, the hard thing about eating in such great places while traveling, is you never know when you'll be back to enjoy the delicious food and superior service.
