Frosty's | Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Casper

Clean restaurant, great food and friendly helpful staff. Also, every now and then a highly regarded local celebrity and gothic bad boy (KingCobraJFS, of course) will drop by Frosty’s for a pint or two. If one is “lucky” they might catch a glimpse of M’Lord creating a Kameha’meha like energy laden chi ball with his bare hands as he enjoys his Pilsner beer and Mt Dew shandies. Or if you’re really “lucky”, M’Gothic Lord just might stare at one’s wife or girlfriend for minutes on end until she gets the creeps, just as he approaches in the hopes of trying to sell you pheromone soap with one of his homemade magic wands in hand, ready to cast his next protection spell, all while rocking a rad homeless Vietnam Vet-drunken wizard look/attire and smelling of snipe tobacco, tooth decay and Bond™️ brand tactical soap. Yes indeed, Frosty’s Bar and Grill is the place to be while in Casper Wyoming. Again, Frosty’s is clean, has great food, excellent service and you often get to meet the most interesting people that Casper Wyoming has to offer, and that’s most definitely what’s up, Toobz.

Came here with some colleagues to kill some time and try some tater tots that we heard were supposed to be pretty good. We also heard that this was definitely a dive-bar. We did not feel like this place was grungy or dirty at all. The grill was closed when we got there around 4:30, so we just had a beer while we waited to go eat later that evening. The bartender was friendly and quick and she did a great job making us feel welcome. This is definitely a place of local regulars, but we never felt out of place and everyone was friendly. I saw one of the craziest things at this bar I will never forget. This skullet-sporting wizard kicked open the doors like an old Western saloon (at least I think he was a wizard, he kept on mumbling incoherently about trolls and how much he hates them. He was already drunk so idk). He pulled out a magic wand and screamed some obscenities at a table full of random people while pointing the wand at them. The bouncer seemed to be familiar with him already and put him in a full nelson to drag him outside.
