I reuse to go in this coffee house. I had several negative experiences there.most noteably a band that played there to an empty house made snide fun of my choice of beverage, apparently they knew me from some where, but I sure don,t know them. That aside this place lacks a real coffee house atmosphere/vibe.a lousy selection of snacks and beverages adds to the annoying lame atmosphere. Also the. Chairs when you get up in the front of the place screech real loud which disrupts reading or study, reminds me of finger nails on a. chalk board. One of the staff seemed put out and annoyed with my choice of beverage. All this adds up to lame culture less experience. My advice to metro , go to Boulder Co and visit the Laughing goat award winning coffee house and find out what a real coffee house is like, there a lot of the time you have to wait to get in because it,s such a killer popular place with great music most of the time nightly and a nice selection of great beverages and snacks that are healthy, all sadly lacking at Metro in Casper, which matches Casper’s lame culture 20 + years behind the times culture. Depressing is all that I can say about both metro and Casper a perfect...

I have been a loyal customer for over two years. The girls that work the drive through and the downtown location in the morning are absolutely amazing, make the most delicious coffee, every time. One of the young blonde haired girls in the evening is always on it, but when she’s not working, it’s a gamble. I went this morning on the East side, we were running errands over there, and my drink was not right. The drive through re-made the drink perfectly. I went in this evening to the downtown location and my latte was so strong, I couldn’t taste any vanilla in it. I sometimes go twice a day to get coffee and the evening times, more then half of the time I just can’t drink it. I wish that everyone was trained by some of the downtown morning or drive-through staff. The owners daughter (someone told me that’s who she was) always makes delicious drinks. They are always on it! It’s starting to become not worth it paying for my drinks and tipping, as I tip before I get my drink so I never know if it’s going to be correct but tip well. This has been going on for over six months now, which is unfortunate as your drinks are amazing when...

(East side location) To be honest, I was a little weirded out at first from the tacky color schemes and dumpster-rescued furniture. The decorations include swear words, which was definitely unsettling.

The people, though, were INCREDIBLY friendly and kind. The barista recommended the Black and Tan breve, which was very good.

Above all else, they are choosing to open their doors and work with the COVID restrictions to provide a place for the community to safely gather, socialize at a distance, and enjoy good coffee. Although they don’t share my fashion tastes, they absolutely represent the best thing about coffeehouses: a place for people to meet and talk and share and laugh together.

Thanks for working so hard to stay open and provide for our community what no medicine, mask, or mandate can:...

I had the Toasted Coconut Shakaroo made with hot Montana Gold tea instead of coffee - it was divine!!! He had the vanilla chai - said it was a little sweet for his taste but good. Kitschy place with small selection of snacks/desserts. Did not try the breakfast bites or bagels this time. Felt like the place lacked ambiance as there was not any music playing - never been in a coffee shop without music. Moderate pricing. Friendly staff. Basic experience I guess. Nothing too exciting.

Fun unique coffee shop. I loved the mixed of different furniture options, probably picked up at thrift stores or garage sales. I ordered Bailey’s, a blended vanilla latte with caramel and Irish cream flavor. It had good flavor, but I’d prefer if it was a little thicker, not so thin. I sat and read my book for 2 hours. There was a mixture of people doing homework, catching up friends and playing guitar. The bathroom could use more attention in its cleaning. I would go back again.

My favorite place to go when I’m in Casper! The coffee is great, and I especially love their ice blended drinks. Egg bagels delicious too. It’s a lovely vibe here - always a nice amount of people hanging out, not too busy, not too quiet, every time I’ve been, at least. Staff have been so nice every single time - very friendly and warm. Very accepting of kids (but don’t worry, often there are no kids there at all). Comfy sofas, a place to hang out and chill.
