We went in looking for books on different religions we wanted to educate ourselves on but when my Fiancé asked for help finding books on Buddhism the lady stood up to show her while the two men behind the counter made ignorant gestures behind my Fiancé’s back & continued laughing & making fun of my Fiancé for asking about a book on Buddhism. I immediately called out the situation & said we’re out of here & will not be buying anything from them, while they continued to laugh & didn’t say a word to apologize or fix the situation. They just let us walk out without a word. A book store is supposed to be a comfortable environment for people to educate & open their minds to subjects they’re unfamiliar with, not to be judged & made fun of for the subjects of books they’re interested in! Fun place to shop at! One of those rare places where you are greeted every time you walk in, and are inquired of if you are looking for something specific. You can browse to your heart's content without a pushy salesperson following or bothering you every few minutes, yet they are immediately available should you need them. Very nice store! The lady working here is extremely nice. It also helps that she's knowledgeable and speaks clearly. The store It's self is well organized, well lit, and very tidy. You'll find your usual fare here. Plenty of paper back books, trashy novels, etc. Where they are lacking is in the "How to" section.
