New Restaurant - Awesome! What do you get when you mix sushi, burgers and Hispanic food? A delicious fusion restaurant. This Venezuelan chef makes great food. Maria brings a smile and great service! She also has a sense of humor. The Dynamite roll was delicious! Every flavor came together. It was fresh and beautiful. 5 out of 5 The chef brought us complimentary B town chips (house cooked chips, smoked blue cheese crumbles, marinated pork, chives on top, diced onions and tomatoes with a balsamic sauce). Very good! 4 out of 5 The mozzarella sticks were filled with cheese but they were just your standard frozen mozzarella sticks. They are not really worthy of the menu. 3 out of 5. The specialty smash burgers were rated 5 out of 5! The beef was generous, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. There was no grease at all. The fresh baked buns (made in house) were outstanding. The signature BTown sauce is delicious on the burgers. The cheese was grilled perfectly on the burger. Waffle fries were good. The chicharron was fantastic!! 5 out of 5. The chimichurri sauce was very good. They have the chairs of death but do have three booths. Seating for 36. They had country music playing; Maria was in charge today! They are currently waiting on their liquor license. Go and support this awesome small business. They are hiring for cashiers and runners. It is located in Casselberry 863 FL 436. It is in the plaza with Sally's Diner across from the Ollie's...

CONS -If paying by card, you have to tip ahead of the time because you order at the counter. So you tip before you’re given any service and the service wasn’t that great And no one came over to refill our drinks. -Fries that came with my burger were two different types of fries. Half for crinkle cut, which were cold and half straight fries which were just warm. If the fries had been fresh and hot they would’ve been delicious. The Parmesan topping on them was so good. I feel like fries are the easiest thing to cook so I don’t understand why they can’t be hot and made to order. I didn’t eat my fries, but my husband did because he gets embarrassed and doesn’t like to send anything back🤣 -I asked for no cheese on my burger and they put cheese on it so then I had to scrape it off and ended up scraping off some of the crunchy bits of the burger.
Overall, I would give this place another try. For the price of the burger and fries you can’t even get that at a fast...
Read moreWent with my friend and I was not sure of the sizes of the rolls so I went with two: the Tiger roll ($15) and the Dragon roll ($18). When they were being served, my friend was erroneously given the Tiger roll so she wound up eating four pieces of mine. She went with the Mexican roll ($15) and the Italian Kiss roll ($22). She also shared the Mexican chicharrónes ($15) which were salty, crispy and exactly what you want from chicharrónes. The skin was sticking to my teeth and the meat was crazy tender. I would have eaten all three pieces, given the chance. The two rolls I got are both deep fried and they were amazing with a really varying collection of flavors which was great in these two large sized sushi rolls. I had a piece of the Italian kiss, the pairing of the strawberry jam with parmesan cheese was unique. Had a piece of the Mexican too and that was tasty. The service was good, there were around three tables for individuals and small groups and three booths in you prefer. Yes, I spent quite a bit on lunch today but my tastebuds were very happy and so...
