Burger King — Restaurant in Castle Hills

Very dissapointed. I've went there three times to try and get those cereal shakes in the last week and two of the three times the "shake machine is broken".

Finally I pass by today and it's working!!!!!!!!!! Hip hip hooray!!!! I finally get to try the breakfast cereal shakes!

I order and they tell me to drive up, I pay and wait for my shakes. A minute or so passes by when the cashier comes to the window and says they are all out of the cereal needed to make the shakes. So I decide to change my order (since I've already paid) I order my second choice and don't even even get a generic apology for the inconvenience. She hands me the shakes, and not even a "thank you" or "have a good night" etc. I drove off and carried on with my night. I pull into my driveway and i reach for the shakes to take them inside the top dome part or my cup is loose and not locked on correctly and it spills all over onto the seat and center console of my car. The shake itself was sooooo watery that almost half spilled out onto my seat in a a split second.

What a damn shame. Not only was the lid not correctly locked on by the drive thru attendant but the shake was super watery and not even cold enough to be considered a shaked.

As I searched this store I wasn’t even surprised that they had 3 stars. I really don’t know how they haven’t closed. I went through the drive through with a 3 separate orders, since the lobby was closed. Well they wouldn’t allow me to make 3 orders which was a huge inconvenience, so I placed two separate orders and they did not listen to what I was trying to order at all. When I try to correct the young man at the window, some large woman in a wig taking drive thru orders tries to tell him it’s right…no honey most of the items on my order I didn’t even ask for. I ordered three drinks and got charged for four, I only ordered two burgers…FOUR got put on the order. I don’t know what she heard but she didn’t listen at all. And then when I ask for sauces for the nuggets and other items I ordered they tell me they’re going to have to charge me .81…for things that come with the food I ALREADY paid for. My order was $40 and they couldn’t give me the sauces. This store is a joke due to the negligence of its employees. I’ve been in customer service for 10 years and I always take the time to listen to my customers. Something these employees would benefit from. Once I arrived in the drive thru a lady told me to wait After 12 mins later a guy took my Order which was fine until I came to the window and the lady said a different order and I told her nicely that the order she mention wasn’t what I ordered. After I told her exactly what I order she gave me a bad attitude And proceed to tell me that She was the one who took my order And that she was sure that I order some cheeseburgers. Which my order was - 2 orders of # 2 and I got asked if I wanted medium or large and also about the drinks. Her coworkers were telling her that she was wrong but she kept saying that she was absolutely right about me ordering some cheeseburgers. After that she told there was no meat and she asked if I wanted the cheeseburgers . I told her no thank you and left. * obviously because that wasn’t what ordered. Hopefully she can realize she was Wrong because there was a person behind us Which it might’ve been them who ordered the cheeseburgers

My question is why take my order and then tell me there’s no meat ? I think that should been said in the begging. But other than that I hope she has...
