Banana Republic Factory Store — Local services in Castle Rock

Visited this store today, and was welcomed to an extremely rude greeting by one of the store employees (black hair with glasses). Instead of saying “welcome we’ll be closing soon in ___minutes” she instead just yelled out across the store as soon as we walked in to say “THE WHOLE MALL CLOSES IN 2 MINUTES”. This is one of the best shopping experiences ever! So many helped me find items in store today, order items if not available in store, look for all cotton items if possible and check me out. I have never met kinder and more sincerely willing to help as these caring retail employees in one store ever.
