Crocs at Outlets at Castle Rock — Local services in Castle Rock

Do not buy from any of their "pop up" stores. I work at a hospital and bought 5 pair, they rung me up and packed my shoes in a bag and I did not check. When I got home and realized they forgot a pair we called them immediately, the number did not connect to anyone. We went online, found a corporate number and they requested a receipt and 2-3 days, it's been much more. As a customer, Croc's have no accountability when it comes to those "pop-up", which is disappointing. Still a good shoe.

I kept this up, so as to highlight what it means to have customer service, which in my experience is fading quickly.

Below there is a reply from Croc's representative, who was able to get our issue taken care of in a professional and expedite time frame. They were helpful and empathic in regards to the issue. You don't get this kind of customer...

I visited this location today after a 45 min drive, there were 2 employees on the floor one being a manager. I approached the cashier as I needed an exchange and I stood there for 5 minutes give or take… I was like the only customer in the store so it was just weird…

I proceeded to pick out which shoe I wanted to exchange for and again I stood at the cash register as like one of the only customers in the whole store and awkwardly stood there for 5 minutes again give our take while both associates were on the floor paying me no mind

They also didn’t have my size in what I wanted to exchange for but over the phone told me they could have whatever shoe I wanted that was in stock shipped, but once I made the really long drive for the exchange …. They apparently couldn’t have anything shipped...

Me and my family always going to get crocs shoe from one of the outlet store located on castle rock All my family loves it specially me I love crocs and that is what I wear for my job it’s very comfortable for me but last week me and my family received the worst customer service in my life her name Nora She showed us very unprofessional and ugly attitude she literally threw the shoes in our face I ask the other girl next to her if the store manager is available and she told us Nora is the manager to be honest I never expect this from one big store manager she doesn’t deserve to be she is really ugly and disrespectful. We spent hundreds of dollars to buy a crocs for all my family we will take our business...
