Upon walking into the store I was not greeted when the customer in front and behind me were. Then when I was looking for a specific pair of shoes that I couldn't find I needed assistance and I noticed several employees trying to avoid me, the store wasn't even busy. I believe this outlet store is very prejudiced and they shouldn't be that way. Customer service should be #1. Believe me I will be taking this up higher. This is unacceptable behavior when it comes to a business such as a well known name brand company. Nike needs to know the type of people that it has working for them and the negative energy that their employees possess on the store, it gives the company a bad reputation. I shop at Nike all the time and in different states and have never experienced bad behavior from any the employees at the other stores, I'm one to give credit where credit is due when good customer service has been given and this is one time where I can honestly say that it was the worst service that I have ever received. The NIKE OUTLET AT CASTLE ROCK in CASTLE ROCK, COLORADO has very POOR customer service during the week. From the manager all the way down to the basic employee they ALL need proper training on...

I told them that they have passed us several times, obviously watching us, but not asking if we were finding everything okay. Me and my family are here on vacation, so I am not sure why they stereotyped us. Maybe management tells them to watch people like me so we will feel uncomfortable. There is no regard for our shopping experience. I remained calm, but did not appreciate that this happened in front of my 12 year old daughter. We were trying on shoes for her. I hope the management encourages the staff to treat the next family like mine better. If theft is a concern at the store, dont make innocent people pay for that by stereotyping them. Customer service can help prevent theft. After I spoke to them, more than one staff member asked us if we needed help. They asked my husband if he was military and opened the...
Read moreWas in there on Sunday and had an awful experience with the staff. While checking out the cashier I had was extremely rude, she scanned my coupon, and when I paid she literally threw the change at me. After picking it up she gave me attitude because I just didn't leave it on the ground. I left and checked the receipt and saw she did not even apply my 15% coupon. I went back in and went to the register with a different cashier, explained how the 15% was an added to my transaction. The original rude employee butted in and said it was my fault for not setting up the app correctly, even though one of the floor members did it for me. She grabbed my phone from me and tried to do it then just shoved it back in my hand out of frustration because she couldn't figure it out. The second lady ended up figuring it out for me and giving me my money back for the 15%. I've been in there several times and this was an awful experience, I don't know if I'll...
