Do not go here if you want any of the following: Cheese bread pizza salads customer service
Both locations in Castle Rock are awful. We went on a Tuesday night for the $10 special. We ordered online and whe. We showed up there was easily 15 people waiting on their orders. Our pizza was ready however the sides that we ordered were not. I inquired with the staff and was told that they were out of cheesy bread. He said he would go make one for us. When he returned he offered up a cinnamon wheel instead. I kindly asked for my money back as a cinnamon wheel is not the same as cheese bread. I had to wait 15 minutes for the register operator to slowly work through his line on two people to get the privilege of arguing for my money back. While I was standing in line waiting for a refund the store ran out of pizza dough. The life blood of a take and bake pizza store os dough right? $10 Tuesday has been a thing for years, it's not like it snuck up out of nowhere and slapped them in the face. But do not fret if you want to experience horrible service and not get the items that you order you do not have to wait until next Tuesday! We have visited this store several times on various days of the week. They never have anything prepared, five times we have ordered the 5 cheese cheesey bread and it has never been available. They also never have any salads available for purchase.
Steer clear and if you really want papa Murphy's you will be well served to...
Read more1st business I have ever posted a review for. These owners are horrible. They messed up my order, (which isn't a big deal) but the way they handled it was the issue. First off, its a 40 mile round trip for me to pick up a pizza. Pretty inconvenient right? Well I was told when I called that the pbbut in this case olicy was that they could not make the replacement pizza until I arrived with the mistake pizza so that they could verify it was wrong, (like I would make a 40 mile round trip if it wasn't, causing me another 10 minute delay. Cost me $7 in gas to make the trip and practically a hour of my time. And all they had to offer me was a hard time about their mistake. It was not about the money since I made 1.5 mil last year, it was about the principal. I have been a business owner for 35 years now and trust me, this is not the way you run a business. If it were me, I would have offered to drive the correct pizza to the customer myself, because a retail business is all about customer service. If you folks would like some free business consultation, just let me know. I normally charge $3000 a day, but in this case I will offer my services for free because I hate to see companies fail. And treating customers like this you will definitely fail. Losing a customer over a $14 pizza that cost you $3 to throw together is a failed business...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Papa Murphy's. 1.5 weeks ago, my family ordered pizza from there. While eating the first slice, I bit into what I thought was a large piece of glass. Upon closer examination, it turned out to be jagged, heavy-duty plastic—likely from a broken toppings bin.
I immediately returned to the store to report the issue. Unfortunately, there was no manager on site. I was told that the manager or owner would call me to discuss the situation, but it’s been 1.5 weeks, and I have yet to hear any follow-up or apology.
The staff member who made our pizza did give a partial refund for the pizza itself, but left out the tax and tip I had paid. What concerns me even more is that they didn’t take any precautions afterward—no checks of the toppings bins or measures to prevent such an incident from happening again. It felt like they just shrugged it off.
I rarely leave reviews or complain, but the lack of acknowledgment from the management is highly disappointing. I am just thankful I wasn’t cut or that a child wasn’t injured. This experience has shaken my trust in their safety and...
