So I came onto this place by complete happenstance one day while working down in castle rock and finding myself needing juice. I went in once and bought juice and coils for my mod and saw a limited edition carta in the display case. I’d been wanting one for awhile anyway, and they just happened to have one in stock. I ended up buying the device on my second trip to the store, about a week later which was yesterday. Get it home and immediately noticed things were off, it had missing pieces of kit, and upon charging the batteries fully and installing them the device wouldn’t fire. I called and was put onto the phone with the owner who went through everything possible trying to help me fix it. When we eventually hung up it was decided I’d try to continue troubleshooting the device with a friend who owned one and if it didn’t work then I’d bring it in today. Never got it fixed so I went in today and we tried a different coil to no avail, and without question the device was returned and swapped for another carta that was checked completely before I left the building. From start to finish my experience with the shop itself was nothing but pleasant and they didn’t stop until I was happy with the result. Read more1 star because cannot do 0 stars. Extremely rude unprofessional staff today. Had an unopened box to return because they sold me the wrong size coil even after they were provided with the proper description of what was needed. The clerk said they cannot take returns due to some regulation. I asked if instead of returning the item if I could just get store credit, since they sold me the wrong product to begin with. The clerk said he could give me a 10% discount on my next purchase but nothing more. That would not have even come close to covering my expense for their mistake. I explained that we have been loyal customers and spend a lot at their business $$$$ and always tip them as well. Then another very aggressive staff member ran over and got in my face, repeating their policy to me but being very loud and rude. The conversation escalated and the aggressive staff member began cussing and he even called me "priveleged white people." Privileged? They are the ones that have a tip jar. I don't get tips to do my job. Needless to say they made a mistake and did not make it right for the customer. They actually made it worse. Worst experience of my life at a place of business. Staff seem to be very knowledgeable when asked questions, and are always very helpful. One small problem would be that they are always out of something. We end up loving a particular juice and then having to choose something new because it's out of stock. Thankfully they carry enough flavors, and brands that we are able to choose something else that is very close in flavor. Also the rewards program definitely makes up for this. We have bought multiple bottles of juice for just $1 because of points. We even had the chance to get a new mod up to $100 I think for free with our points. We decided to use the points on juice though but it's definitely a plus!...
