Taco Bell — Restaurant in Castle Rock

This location has been TERRIBLE the last few weeks. Idk if their staff is changing up or what but they used to be really good with my orders and making sure that it’s all right, but every single time I’ve gone in there they screw it up. The first time they didn’t sub the meat for potatoes (I’m vegetarian) and charged me .50 cents per potato sub (they used to hit the swap button which was free of charge) and then the second time they FILLED my Crunchwrap with beans instead of meat OR potatoes so I had a big soggy gross mess, the third time I ordered the Crunchwrap meal and instead of giving me the crunchy taco that comes WITH the meal, they charged me for 2 crunchy tacos plus the Crunchwrap and I just went in tonight to order it again and when telling the guy behind the counter, instead of asking for clearance or even caring whatsoever he scoffs and says “I don’t think so.” So I ordered my usual and he points at the screen and says “is that right?” I said “yes looks great” and he said “hah. Double check. Are you suuuuuure?” While holding in a laugh and I was sooo annoyed. Then a lady came in from the drive thru and her entire order was wrong, AND THEN I get home with my food and my potato soft tacos are a mess. There’s absolutely NO effort into making such simple food. The potatoes weren’t even potatoes they were BURNT and crunchy as heck, I literally could’ve broke a tooth that’s how bad they were, and as you can see in the picture, NO EFFORT ON A THREE INGREDIANT TACO!!! Also not to mention everytime I’m in there, someone comes in with a messed up order. $50 spent there in the last month and every time was absolutely horrible. Website and google says they are open for dine in but upon arriving to pickup my online order, the doors were locked and no sign at all stating why. So I proceeded to the drive thru. They placed a sign by the speaker saying they are short staffed etc. understandable. The guy at the window didn’t acknowledge me but asked what the name on the order is. Fine. Anyway, I get my food and drinks…they are out of Baja blast so he assumed I wanted regular Mountain Dew and gave me that instead. Okay. I don’t expect a top notch experience at Taco Bell, never have and never will. My first job was at a McDonald’s when I was 15 and believe me I dealt with rudest of rude people but I did it with a smile on my face and got the job done. This guy was extremely rude and the fact that I’m taking the time to post a review of Taco Bell well that is a all time low for me. Lastly, I got home…no straws, napkins, mild sauce as requested online. Oh and a missing Crunchwrap supreme that I paid for. Triple check your stuff people, I usually do but my bag was literally duct taped because they checked for me ha…I’m done here. Maybe this is the universe telling me to not have Taco...

Can this place shut down already? Only fast food this side of town and they are closed regularly. Only open a few days a week. So if people come here on lunch break or get off the freeway they find the only quick food is closed. Is taco bell expecting people to online order while they are driving? Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Lets get a new owner or new franchise in here asap! If you do manage to arrive at some random time they are open, count on them being out of something major and also check your order before you drive away. Update: attempted to buy food at 2pm. No lunch rush, no dinner rush, no after school rush. The lady inside would not take my order or acknowledge me or another customer. She said they had no time and had to do door dash orders. The other guy ordered by app and the lady told him it would be at least 45 minutes for his small order. The drive thru line was so long. It is time for corporate to step in. Fix this...
