Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Castle Rock

I have not had Pizza Hut in years so this review perhaps is biased because I was really delighted to get to eat it again. Since I moved away from a location it just doesn't make sense to get it because it will be cold by the time we get home. I have considered getting on road trips a few times as well and it always seems to be a closed location or too big of a line or something so I ended up skipping it every time I had the chance until the other day. We decided to stop by this location in Castle Rock and just eat in the parking lot so that we didn't have to deal with the long drive home and eat it cold. There's one parking spot nearby with shade so we were just chilling over there. It didn't take long at all I think about 10 minutes. Then we were able to grab our food from the pickup drive-thru which was convenient. And they even had paper plates to offer us so that was super awesome since we were eating in the car. And that would be great on a trip as well. As for the food it was just as I remembered it. We got personal pan pizzas and breadsticks I got a double order of breadsticks because it had been so long since I had had it I really wanted to make sure I had some leftovers haha. It was really delicious the only thing missing was parmesan packets I should have asked for some. That would have been nice on the sauce. Anyway I highly recommend this Pizza Hut especially if you're just stopping by for a personal pan pizza and breadsticks for lunch. I really enjoyed this meal. Ordered on line for in store pick up. Waited an additional 15 minutes past promised time. After returning home we discovered the pizza and cheese bread were over cooked. I should have checked however the manager Brady never should have let this make it to the counter if he were doing his job of quality control correctly. Had to return to the store to resolve the issue while my wife waited on hold for 25 minutes with customer support center. The store phone was still ringing when I got there. Poor management. The pregnant lady working there said her manager (Brady) approved the remake and would be about 15 minutes. After waiting an additional 20 minutes I was told the order was never placed and they would issue me store credit. This was unacceptable. I went in to the store and asked for the manager (Brady). Very unprofessional person. Told me to contact corporate. Requested the information to reach corporate. He turned and walked away. After a few minutes I asked how much longer it will take him and he replied "when I have time." I left the store with no food and no refund. I can not belive Pizza Hut trains their managers and staff like this. I can not believe Pizza Hut condones this type of work culture. Look at all the poor reviews and anyone can see there is no interest improving customer service or satisfaction. What happened to the kind of manager that would take a few minutes to make it right. This is a local Castle Rock , CO Pizza Hut. I just stopped in real quick to get a personal pan. They were quick, friendly, and it was done in no time. If you need a quick lunch, stop by Pizza Hut in Castle Rock.! Wow!!! What a switch up this was ! Always a bad thing when an establishment is not consistent and you run into issues like this one! Tried ordering the ' SPECIAL' , for DELIVERY! WAS HUNG UP ON TWICE BEFORE ANYONE WOULD EVEN TAKE MY CALL. THE ' SPECIAL' 2 LARGE 1 TOPPING PIZZAS, WINGS, and breadsticks , I believe. Got through the entire order , asked for the TOTAL AMOUNT DUE!!! DEAR GOD,,, WHAT ARE YOUR PIZZAS MADE OF?? GOLD??? 63.00 DOLLARS AND SOME CHANGE??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?
