Manager is extremely rude and hostile. Two hours after ordering for delivery we called to see what was going on as it was getting late and we knew that soon the store front would be closed. When we called we were told that they were so short staffed that they were using DoorDash to deliver for them and they had accidentally given our order to the wrong DoorDash driver. They told us that we would have to go to DoorDash for our refund, but they weren’t certain on how exactly we should go about doing that. A short while after getting off the phone with Papa Johns we discovered cold pizza on our front porch, but no sign of the two liter of soda we had also paid for. At about this time we received another call from Papa Johns, this time it was from someone claiming to be the manager. We told her that the pizza had actually showed up, but was left on our front porch and now cold. She claimed that it was our fault as the DoorDash instructions were for a no contact delivery. We tried to informed that we didn’t order through DoorDash and had no idea that they were using DoorDash due to their short staff situation. She became very rude and hostile, trying to blame us for the situation. When we tried to speak she would simply speak louder and attempt to over talk us. When told her that she was not taking responsibility for the situation she hung up on us. Not satisfied with this I called her back and she began screaming saying that she was going to refund us, but since we pushed back she wasn’t going to do so. She hung up on us again. Read moreI ordered 3 special pizzas. The driver tried handing me 3 pizzas I had just watch slide out of the delivery box to the ground. I said no. Called Papa John's, guy answered said he was the manager and his name was Josh. He said he would send me out 3 more pizzas. I waited and waited. After an hour I called back and the guy tells me that my pizzas were sent out over 45 minutes ago. I said no one has come to my door. He said we'll they were sent out. I opened my door and find 3 wet and cold pizzas. I asked for his manager and he told me he didn't know the general managers name but I could call back tomorrow. I called back today and a Andrew answers and tells me he is the manager. Andrew did not care that I got pizza delivered to me wet, cold or in a timely fashion. He didn't care that one of his employees lied about his name or being a manager. He didn't care that I spent over $50 ordering pizza. Papa John's and the establishment did not care. Yet I am suppose to just let it go. I can't get in touch with the corporate office because half way through the complaint process it cuts you off and starts you back at the beginning. After posting this, I received a call from the actual manager of Papa John's. They took care of my next 2 orders. Mandy did ask me how the pizza was and it was amazing. I told her we had always loved Papa John's and the quality of the pizza's were always good. It was the service my family had received. Read moreThis location is hands down the worst. This is the second time we have ordered and waited over 1.5 hours to get a pizza that was quoted 30-40 mins. The first time we called it was 2 hrs and 10 min and the phones didn’t work. When I went in to get the pizza there were stacks of pizza sitting there easily 50-60 pizzas waiting to be delivered. After waiting a few months we decided to try again and got a 33 min estimated delivery time. At an hour we decided to call and they said it was being boxed and to give them 15 min. After 20 min we called again and they said the driver was on their way and one stop before us and to give them 10 min. When we told them this was unacceptable and that’s what they basically said 20 min ago a female got on the phone and was verbally aggressive and rude and wanted to complain that she was off the clock and wouldn’t answer any questions and began lying about the fact that we were given an option the last time we called for them to deliver the pizza or door dash which never happened and lied that they told us it would be 2 hours and just wanted to argue. She then Proceeded to hand the phone to the poor door dash guy who wasn’t even sure who he walking to. When my husband came up to get the pizza he was told the pizza was just coming out of the over at 1.5 hours now. When we got the pizza home it was cold!
