Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cathedral City

I have been ordering pizzas from this location for a few years now... I will never order pizzas or anything again from this place, the last 3 times I ordered, which is generally in the evening time after 7pm due to my work schedule. I dealt with a gentleman by the name of "Pedro". He told me his last name was "Martinez"? And that he was the Manager. Well this person is probably the rudest person I have ever come across in my entire life, super super unprofessional very aggressive and he actually cursed at me the last time I spoke to him on the phone. He messed up my order literally the last 3 times I ordered a pizza there, and I order pretty much the same thing every single time I order, and my order is fairly simple, it's 1 large pizza with 3 cheeses, onions and jalapeños. The first time I ordered the onions were extremely raw almost like they had been sprinkled on after they had been run through the oven I'm guessing he forgot and remembered as he was taking out the pizza and the crust was also burnt. The second time he completely left out the jalapeños.... And this last time he forgot 2 of the cheeses and the pizza tasted horrible. Not to mention everytime I would call in the order he would put me on hold for 5-10-15min sometimes... I would have to hang up and keep calling back in to finally speak to him... And his response would always be, "I'm super busy there's nothing I can do man, what do you want me to do I'm busy..." "Whatever I'm busy man there's nothing I can do." He would constantly keep giving me excuses and making rude snarky comments my way, it got to the point where I finally complained the last time and told him how he messed up my pizzas the last 3 times I ordered, and he just kept sighing on the phone and asking me if I was done he even hung up on me and I had to call back and than he started becoming more and more aggressive with me on the phone and finally he started laughing at at me and my frustration, and I asked him what was so funny? And than he went on to call me an asortment of names which I do not care to repeat on here but very derogative and just down right nasty. I asked him to resolve this and I tried to be nice still and he refused and asked me if I wanted to order or not and that was that...I will never ever order from this place again, I am going to try and speak to the owner and GM and relay this to them as soon as possible this was not right the way I was talked to treated etc and I am a...

Always ordered from this location as I try to support local businesses, but never again will I eat from this location! I have had my share of them messing up my order, not delivered dipping sauce, and waiting way longer than I should and rarely complain as I realize most establishments are short staffed. Today was absolutely uncalled for though, I ordered off the app and went to pickup via curbside delivery. The lady came out to hand me my order which included wings. I asked for ranch which I can show from all my previous orders that I have never been charged for it, but today it would cost me $1.09. Well I did not take my wallet considering I had already paid online. I explained that to the employee which did not care to listen and walked away stating I will call my manager. Whom I was told was the manager turned out to be a driver which came out practically screaming "we do not give away free ranch" before even getting to my car side. You could already see his whole demeaner was very standoffish. I was beyond belief already only to realize he still had more to say! I could not get a sentence in without him finally throwing my receipt in my car, walking away, and uttering a racial slur under his breath that even my daughter in the passenger side heard. I think he seems to of forgotten that most of the community he services is of Hispanic Heritage. Needless to say, this particular location is not one that I look to ever order from and I have notified corporate as I do not believe an individual like this needs to be representing our community or such a franchise. I am currently waiting corporate response. Just to note, its not the $1.09 for the ranch I am questioning, it is the basic principle of customer service this location...

We order from the closest Domino’s, which is on Date Palm Drive/Ramon. We pick up our order half the time, otherwise when we are flattened by the sun and heat here—which is the rest of the time—we gratefully opt to have it delivered to our door by their courteous delivery-persons. I always order the same delicious pie: sausage & pepperoni, with LIGHT (I. e.: a lesser amount of the—not the color of the!) cheese, WELL (I.e.: baked longer which for me improves the flavor!) DONE, medium or large size. They often have specials on, for instance say, two medium, two topping size pies and my other half will order himself a ‘Hawaiian’ pie, which I find is a heresy, such an odd combination but to each his or her own they at all great tasting, as is the tastily-dressed Caesar salad, very good, the garlic bread bites and occasionally I like to order the philly-cheese steak sandwich, very tasty too.
