Absolute worst service ever. rudeness and over cooked burgers. both the cook and waitress were very rude. I asked for a plate and knife when my hamburger came out. The waitress asked me why I said because I would like to cut my burger in half. She rolled her eyes as if she was so indignant. she then lifted up the thin paper that my burger was on in a basket and put it on the counter and said there now it's flat. I couldn't believe it! then I asked can I have a knife too. she brought a knife begrudgingly to me. later I asked if I could have another napkin she turned and asked the cook if it was okay to give me a napkin! Seriously! He yells at me what do you need another napkin for? I said because my hands are dirty. he said well use the one you have. I said it's already dirty. He said you can still use it. I said are you really not going to give me another napkin and then said relax you can have one. My soda was empty by then and she never offered to refill it or if I wanted another one. not only were they both very rude but their hamburger was overcooked, the bun came from a package that you can buy at a grocery store and the fries tasted like the grease hadn't been changed out in the fryer for months I will never go back and I will tell 25 of my friends never to go. He didn't just lose one customer he's lost about 50 customers. stay away. if they're trying to be funny and cute they are not they are very rude. Better off to eat at Andys hamburgers in Indio. juicy and tasty Angus beef burgers with...
Read moreThis was a near climatic experience for me. After being here for almost 60 years I finally made here. And they made it known I was a virgin but it’s ok, I enjoyed hearing the cowbell ring throughout to let everyone know I’m sitting at the big kids table; aka the bar.
And it was one of the better burgers in town. Fresh beef, smashed, cooked med rare and they girl bartending was kinda sassy which I’m down with. Supposed George was an a-hole so just beware. It’s an authentic experience, wood paneling, cheap beer decorations, 50’s style refrigerators, and booths that haven’t been reupholstered since the fridges were installed. Can you tell I...

Still an amazing establishment and I hope that with the whole coronavirus, that they keep their doors open. Ed is amazing and so kind hearted. Thank you Ed for always making outstanding burgers! Best burgers I’ve ever had in my life ! I miss you...
