Worst CFA experience I have ever had...certainly not the usual pleasant CFA culture you usually get. Used mobile ordering, waited in line more than 20 minutes for ONE item, saw tons of cars in front of me having to pull ahead because orders were wrong or not fulfilled. I finally get up to the window and am told there is no payment, yet my app and email show that it is set. Instead of being kind and patient, the lady at the window just says, "NOPE" and shakes her head no. Instead of offering to look more at it, the manager asks me to pull forward and try again. I explained that I've waited in line for a ridiculously long time and do not want to pull ahead and wait even longer. Sadly, I don't have another form of payment and I also don't wanna leave the window for them to forget about me, do something to my food or mess up my order like they have apparently been doing the whole time I have been there.They assure me that the food is already made and they will bring it out to me as soon as my payment goes through. I felt like they were trying to rush me through the line just to get to the next customer without hearing me out. I was not trying to get a free item; I just wanted them to take a look at my app to see that it showed paid on my end. They refused to do so and when I asked for the manager's name and number. I was told then that they don't have business cards to which I said was fine, I would settle for a name and number. The manager then told me he was going to call the police and walked away. 5 employees shook their heads no at me when I asked for his name with one finally giving me a name and number (not sure if it is even the correct name and number but I plan on finding out with customer service tomorrow). This place is an absolute zoo and needs better trained employees to handle the volume of people coming in-and-out. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at one of these franchise locations. Read moreWell lll start by saying that I'm out here in Maryland from California for a few weeks for my company working and really like Chick-fil-A food. I've never seen one to be this busy as they are here in MD. After waiting about 10 minutes in line inside i make it to the cashier and place my order, at which point I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude the cashier was to me when I was telling her my order, no smile, no hello, not even a thank you for coming in and spending almost $30 for a coworker and myself food order. On top of it I ordered two shakes which took a little longer to make but once they were ready she completely ignored them and left them sitting there for five minutes while I was standing at the end of the counter waiting for her to hand them to me, after finally asking another cashier to get them for me, when she went to tell her to hand them to her she rudely passed them to her with the look of disgust on her face as if she shouldn't have been bothered by the other employee. Needless to say this review is not about the food which was great but about the fact that if a company hires people that have no personal skills, no customer service skills or ones that can't simply put aside their bad day in front of paying customers, I will gladly go spend my money somewhere else as the options in fast food is endless. I don't ask for much, only to be treated professionally and with respect when I place my order, to be spoken to in a manner I can understand and a hello and thank you would also be nice. I didn't want to say anything to a manager but my coworker who was also shocked by her attitude insisted and called the manager who promptly apologized and took action. Patricia, does an excellent job know one can deny her contribution. Sabrina, Jazmir, and frankly all the ladies working the front are engaging , gregarious and very service oriented; they. are excellent. I know that dealing with the public can be daunting and formidable. There's an abundance of obstinate knuckleheads out there who possess a seemingly inexhaustible storehouse of stupidity. " Kindness can only be expected from the strong ; it is the weak who are cruel. I , therefore, admire their great attitudes regardless of what's going on around them. All the Managers working this evening Sept 4 th ,are excellent. I enjoy watching them exercise their proactive muscles and go out of their way and engage their customers..
