Wendy's — Restaurant in Cayce

So it is a Sunday I pulled into the drive through at 11AM. I was told by someone on the inside that they were not open and wouldn't be for another 3 minutes. So I decided OK that I will wait so I sat at which time the person came back over the intercom telling me to park in a parking space. Why, I could care less because this meant that I would have to go back around which included going back out on to a busy road way. In the process the person over heard me stating to someone in the vehicle that their hours had them opening at 10:30. She then came up and started saying something but when I caught the smart-ass tone I ignored and just left to go somewhere else. I have had other issues at this location, none like any other location, in the past but always just made excuses but NO MORE! The management needs to be replaced with all who are here. Not to mention the discussion of pay more than minimum wage, they pay usually comes when it is deserved, not this one for sure. In addition I will be complaining to the corporate offices. Usually when given a choice i choose Wendy's because the food is hot and fresh. That is not the case with this Wendy's. The bun was hard and I mean hard, definitely stale and for the first time I can remember the burgers were very overcooked. The meal was prepared as I had ordered it but definitely not the Wendy's experience I was looking for. I wish I could say that it was only the food that disappointed me but its not. The person who took my order was nice enough but when I pulled around the window opened and I was told the price. I handed my credit card and it was swiped and handed back. The window opened again and I got my drink. Finally the window opened another time and my bag was handed to me. During these interactions the only communication from the lady inside was telling me the price. No thank you, no have a good day, nothing, and to top it off there was also no receipt in the bag. Upon trying to call the location to voice my frustration, it rang and rang with nobody answering. Always lacking..either the order is wrong, staff is not paying attention, too many employees--none working, dining area dirty, always out of at least one item in condiment/drink area. Today, for example, poor, poor subpar cashier. Repeated order three full times because he was talking to a girlfriend at end of counter. I was one of 4 parties waiting on orders. He put no names on orders causing calamitous dissaray! Dining area smelled like urine. Drink machine broken. Oh, after receiving order which took about 15 minutes fast for this locationfor 1 hamburger and one combo I had to wait to get someone's attn to get my drink cup. She walked away yelling for someone to get it. Still no cup. Thankfully I caught the original cashier coming back from break to give me a cup so I could take it over to the pilot station to get my drink..as directed by the misspelled sign taped on wendys drink machine.. sad display, wendys should be embarrassed by this staff.
