I first met Chris from The Drunken Butcher BBQ at an Ace event where he was serving up chicken and hot dogs. Even though it was a simple menu that day, you could tell immediately that he puts extra care into everything he cooks—the flavor and quality stood out.
Since then, I’ve had the chance to try more of his BBQ at other events, and let me tell you—Chris is the real deal. The brisket is tender with a perfect smoke ring, the ribs fall off the bone but still have that satisfying bite, and his sauces tie everything together without ever overpowering the meat.
