Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cedar Creek Township

Ordered door 90 minutes before they closed. My confirmation email stated 18-29 minutes for delivery. About an hour after I ordered, the app stated the food had been delivered. I did not order contactless so I was confused. I called the store and spoke to the manager Kiley, and she was incredibly rude. Upon calling back, the driver stated the food had been delivered. I asked for the food to still be made because at this point there were no other options for food in town. I asked if I could just come to pick up the food, and I did. The driver that claimed he delivered my food stated he delivered the food to someone and described a house that definitely was not mine. Very upsetting to take all of 70 minutes to finally get my food and had to come to the store to pick it up. The most upsetting part is I was still charged the delivery fee and the tip. Horrendous, doughy, messy, cheese and sauce everywhere. You have to actually cook a pizza or it's gonna make you sick.

Cheese all over the crust on the edges, slices with no crust to grab, cheese slid to one side of the pizza, and so floppy you know it's going to 100% be doughy and massively undercooked. The color alone screams cook me at least a little longer.

It's unfortunate with fresh dough, good ingredients, and an amazing oven how you could treat a pizza so poorly. Zero care, zero respect, zero love. I feel bad for the franchisee and how he or she has people putting out product like this.

I think Dominos is pretty decent and a really good price, regretfully though I'll never order from the Lowell, IN location, even living close by. You can have all the tools at your disposal, but when your employees could care less, there's nothing that'll save you...

My husband and I went for both lunch and dinner on opening day because we've only had Domino's one other time and really wanted the full experience. The online deals are fantastic, and we ate one thing from almost every menu category for just over $50. Marla was amazing. She even remembered my husband's name when he came back at dinner time. Everything was great!! We tried 2 different pizzas, the jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread, parmesan bites, cinnamon bites, pasta in a bread bowl, lava cakes, and chicken parm sandwich. The sandwich was my least favorite but was still good. We loved the parmesan and cinnamon bites so much!! We don't eat out very often, but we will definitely be back!
