Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cedar Creek Township

Every time I stop I have to wait forever for my drink. This morning I stopped and asked for a mocha cap blast without cinnamon but to add mocha drizzle. I hate cinnamon and honestly it tastes nasty with the cinnamon. When I get to the window I notice immediately that it had cinnamon instead of the drizzle like I asked. I ask them to correct it and I get pulled up in line so they can still help others while fixing my drink, not a problem. They bring me my drink before I even get my car in park. Well their idea of fixing it was to add the drizzle to the already made drink so how I have a drink with cinnamon AND the drizzle! Then they proceed to tell me that it comes with cinnamon and I have to ask for the drizzle, I did! She hands me my drink and leaves. I had to throw the drink out! It’s nasty with just the cinnamon but add the mocha to it and it’s worse! As a paying customer I expect my order to be correct and adding something to an already messed up drink is NOT fixing my order! That drink costs way to much to have...

Everytime we go they are out of everything we order foodwise! The service is absolutely HORRIBLE and the employees are more worried about talking to eachother than getting your order right and when you say its wrong they have a huge attitude with you like its your fault when it was even on the damn ticket they just dont read or care! And count your donuts because they don’t know how to! Our 25 munchkins today was only 18!! And thats not the first time. I shouldve counted while there but they had already messed up my drink order and instead of remaking it, she scrapped the whipped cream off and put it in a different cup and handed it back to me! And then gave me a chocolate frosted donut instead of strawberry and i looked and said its wrong she took it back from in my car and just took it out of the bag with my other one and put in a strawberry one!! Tried to order a simple chocolate milk shake. Very simple order. Different people kept coming out asking with different food items. It was apparent they completely spaced on making the shake. I grew frustrated went inside to just get a refund and then they didn't know how to do a refund and had to call someone else. This store is completely unorganized and without enough training for employees. They need to shut the place down train the people there and get organized then re-open. I won't go there anymore and would urge others not to as well. If they can't make a simple chocolate milk shake I wonder what next? Put peanuts in something by mistake and someone w ith an allergy accidentally eats them??? Do they remember to wash their hands frequently and when returning from the restroom??
