I have lived in this area most of my life. I have been to numerous different McDonalds locations. This location has been the worst with mistakes for the last 20+ years. I don't even go to McDonalds much anymore. Yesterday I went to get my grandchildren McDonalds because they really wanted it. I ordered at the drive through at 6:30 on 8/31/2025. I ordered a Big Mac, Hamburger with ketchup and pickle only, medium fry, medium coke. 2 - 10pc chicken nugget value meals - Medium (Sprite). I pulled around to pay and the girl repeated it, messed up what she was saying. I repeated my order. She then repeated it. I questioned that she has 2 - 10pc chicken nugget meals. She looked at it and said Yes. I pulled forwarded to pay. This girl handed me a small coke and a medium sprite. I told her I have 2 sprites. She is now confused. I repeated my order to her and she told me NO, I only get 1 10 pc chicken nuggets, that's what I paid for. (Really?? this is your customer service?) I did tell her that I just confirmed this twice with the girl at the last window. She then called someone over. I said this isn't who I spoke with. This girl, in a very rude tone said. Well I'm the only manager here. (Like she is so proud that she is a manager). She said she NEEDED my receipt. She looked at it and told me I didn't pay for 2 10 pc nuggets. I then told her that's fine, I need another 10 pc chicken nugget meal with a sprite. She snapped at the girl working the window and told her to get me a medium sprite. She gave me my bag of food. I asked is this all of it? She said yes. I figured I better double check while I was at the window. First thing I see is I only have 2 fries. She said - how do you figure? Can you believe this?! I had to explain to her - I ordered a big mac, hamburger with med fries and a med coke. 2 - 10 pc chicken nugget value meals = 2 fries + 1 fries = 3 fries. She then without saying a word hands me another fry. I did tell her - Don't get mad or give me an attitude because you guys are the ones making mistakes and left. My 5 year old grandson then said " Umm grandma, this sprite tastes really bad. My 8 year old grandson brought his to me and I tried it. No syrup at all in it. Just the carbonated water no syrup. Now I'm supposed to go back? I did not. What I do not UNDERSTAND is the attitudes from the workers that I received because they can not get an order right. Especially one being a manager. Please tell her that you are not supposed to roll your eyes at customers. Her name is Kylie Pieczynski. Here is what happened to my husband on a completely separate day when he ran to Culvers to grab both of us a cheeseburger. Went to the drive through - ordered 2 cheeseburger meals. Pulled forwards, guys came out with a bag. He said I ordered 2 not 1. They said Oh, I'm sorry let me go grab that for you. When he came back with the second, he did not take our money because he said that was their mistake. They also make mistakes. Mistakes happen. But this McDonalds is over the top with mistakes and the attitudes towards customers WAY different. The other day, we ordered and had one heck of a time with the app. Was glitchiny frequently, and I shouldn't have continued to use it. Placed my order and when I arrived found the order had changed. It added 15 extra hamburgers and a bunch of other food I didn't order. Thankfully, the staff and manager were unbelievable in their response to me. They quickly rectified the issue and took great care of me. I'm not going to lie. I was freaking out a bit when I realized I was charged almost an extra $100! I felt terrible as they made all that food, but they mentioned I wasn't the only one experiencing issues like this today. Wish I would have gotten their names, but they were amazing! I went back to have it fixed and it took me a half an hour in the drive-through ultimately only get what was wrong. Fix and have cold food at home. I will not be back Will not spend a dollar here I mean, I sat there after I had to return an order that was Made improperly in the drive-through for over 25 minutes.
