1st time visiting this location on 5/18/23 between 6:55pm-7:10pm. Only had to wait 1 minute in line and was through within a few minutes. Had asked for a footlong meatball that's listed on the menu with the exception of not being toasted. The blonde boy that's at the start of the ordering process with the bread, meats & cheeses ended up putting my sub in the toaster for 20 seconds not even a minute after being asked not too. 1 black haired girl doing the veggies & sauces + cashiering. 1 black haired boy that was a floater between the front & backroom; Caught a glimpse of him smirking when heading out. Not only have a been to a few dozen various locations across the Country but also worked at one for 10 months almost a decade ago. This location is average in terms of cleanliness. Sadly prices at all stores are at least 25% higher from when I was working at a Subway... miss the days of $5 footlongs across the board... and 6" were less than $3... The open sign was on but we checked the hours because we thought they were closed. Found out the store was open for another hour so we went in. I have never been rushed out of a restaurant like that. The three workers who still HAD AN HOUR OF THEIR SHIFT LEFT made our food as fast as they could (which I give them credit for being quick) and got us out the door. Got the chicken dipper for my 9 yr old daughter, and she argued about withholding the cheese. Could tell she was visibly frustrated, almost pissed off. Their employees recommended me getting this previously, and never had a problem ordering since. She clearly lacked customer service skills.
