I can tell most of these reviews are from family and friends so they dont speak on the true nature of the environment. Although the establishment is beautiful. When i walked in the enegy in there was very off. Made me a tad uncomfortable. I was greeted but that is all. No one asked if i had visited the establishment before. It was my first time. No one asked how did i hear about them. I saw a post on Instagram. After standing and looking at the menu clueless STILL no one asked had i been there before. It was quite obvious i hadn't. The young man assisting me was nice. Asking a customer have they been to your establishment before gives you the opportunity for you to educate them about your product because i only saw a nice Instagram post with a nice looking smoothie. Also even if i had been to the establishment before someone asking would give you an opportunity to thank the customer for their continued support. I see many people on Instagram advising you all to promote your business on many other pro black social media accounts so PLEASE greet every customer, announce to them the new flavors or items on the menu, assist new customers and educate them on the benefits of your product. Unfortunately i wont be returning but I encourage you to educate your staff on the importance of engaging...

So today I found my happy place, I visited Fortitude Wellness in Cedar Hill and I had a very pleasant experience of soon as I walked in the ambience of the place was just beautiful I like the environment to say to hell I even got to watch some WWE order the Oasis in a small it was really good I don't want that pretty fast and I also ordered the Fortitude Punch for my first time being up there and I even got a protein shake that they personally Made For Me based off of my favorite dessert so otherwise I had a very great experience I had a very great conversation with some of the workers up there it was a nice it wasn't really busy so I was able to have a good time and enjoy a nice drink in before I head to the gym so now I'm going to LA Fitness to test out and see how the protein drink actually works well after doing a workout so I rate this place a five-star and I did see recommend it to...

An incredible place, in recent weeks I have looked for alternatives or better options for healthy eating. I found this place!

The options are extensive and very delicious. If you like Smoothies, shakes, ice tea, frappes and sweet treats, this place is for you.

Located in an easily accessible point, it is one of the places that you can go to from time to time, or you will go constantly. The options are quite delicious and moisturizing for this summer heat.

I tried 2 frappes and they left me without appetite, I had energy all day and my stomach felt light all day.

This place also makes it unique the way the owner and the people make you feel, a friendly atmosphere and ready for a little chat. I will return the next weekend
