So first time in to visit this new pizza place. As my two friends and I entered I can say it was a pretty cool looking place. This was the original space that Lucy's chicken was in and now 600 has taken over. There were only 6 or 7 people there at the time we walked in, 3 at the bar and two tables of 2. As no one greeted us at the door so we sat down at an empty table. We waited a few minutes and the bartender saw us but never acknowledged us. A staff member also passed right by our table but she never said hello or anything to us. No menus on the table, and no code to scan for a menu. There is a counter that I thought was for take out orders at the back so I walk up to the young lady who had passed by our table and asked, "it's our first time here, what's the program", meaning how does the ordering system work? She condescendingly replied back and pointed up to the sign right beside the take out sign, and said "order here, and order beer over there". Such a smarmy attitude. First off, the "order here" sign is right beside the take out sign, insinuating that is the take out order area. Secondly, THAT'S not the way to inform people. To humiliate me in front of my friends and embarrass me is definitely not cool at all. To be kind the pizza was pretty good. The place is casual cool. The service...SUCKED. No one ever asked how anything was. No one ever came by the table to see if we needed anything. The self serve drink station was out of ice when I went for a drink. I asked the bartender (because the rude ass waitress wasn't doing anything)for some ice for my drink. Her, "you'll have to get your ice from them. This is ONLY the beer service." Not, I'm sorry let me help you. What a crappy way to introduce yourself to a new place. I can only imagine this place is on it's way out like Lucy's. I won't be back. But I wil share my opinion of the horrid service, if you can even call it...
Read moreFinally made it over to check out the new location in CP. My dad has been dieing to go to the new, closer location. We tried out their giant New York style pizza because it looked great on someone else's table. It was one of the most disappointing meals I've ever had. The pizza had literally NO TASTE. It was like eating paper. I even went to the kitchen to try to get some help after looking around for some garlic and/or italian seasoning to add any flavor to the large expensive pizza we were trying to choke down. They apparently don't offer either so they got me a cup of the seasoning mix that they use on their garlic knots. No one checked with us to see if we enjoyed our food, even when it was obvious that we were struggling. The staff was friendly when I spoke to them, but I had to go up to the counter multiple times to ask where to order, where to get plates, for any kind of taste/seasoning for our pizza. It was crazy. There was literally not a drop of grease or gooey cheese. Pizza, especially a big NY style pizza, should have at least a little grease when you hold it up. I was on the fence with the RR location but this experience really solidified my disappointment...
Read moreDined in as first time customers, ordered our food, which was a 14 inch pizza, two ceaser salads and two drinks. After about 20 minutes the salads came. Continued to wait on the pizza. After about 35 minutes from the time we ordered, still no pizza. I went to check on it and after much confusion it was established that the ticket never made it to whomever makes the pizza. I was then told by a non-manager that it would only take 15 minutes and they made a frivolous attempt to give us a chopped up cheese pizza slice to keep the kids happy. At this point we've been there an hour. After waiting another 15 minutes I decided to tell them to make it to go because you can only entertain 16 month olds for so long. I also requested to speak to the manager and the employee asked me "Why". Employee comes back and says the manager is on an important phone call. Then proceeded to give me a sub par discount. He did half off the salads and drinks but nothing off the pizza. I get the pizza home and open the box to find the pizza is so burned that it's inedible. The crust is black...I have pictures. Hopefully, when the manager gets through with their phone call I can get...
