Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cedar Park

I'm a delivery driver and a very patient person. But the inefficiency at the counter boils my blood. If I'm waiting for an order that has coffee, hot food, and donuts, it becomes a complete clown show behind the counter. I walk in and tell them the name of the person I'm delivering for and they say okay. 5 minutes might go by which is fine if they're preparing things. Somebody makes the food sets it on the bagging area. Somebody gets the donuts sets them on the bagging area. Somebody makes the coffee sets it on the bagging area. And then everybody in the store walks away and forgets about it!! I have to walk up to the counter again and tell them may I please have my order bagged up that's sitting there ready to go!? If the order just sits there the coffee and food gets cold. I still have to drive it to the customer. Duncan gets a bad name for it I may not get any tip for it or extra tip. And my time is more valuable than you can imagine making $6.18 for that stupid little experience.

The food is great! The prep service is fast but this one little flaw in their system...

Edit: Updated Review March 2019 This location has improved. When comparing to the North Austin, Round Rock, and Killeen locations this one is much better. They always have ample supply of donuts and make the vanilla chai and coffee correctly. Service is much improved. If they put a hot beverage in the wrong cup they will now fix the error upon request. 👍

Old Review The quality of the product exceeds the quality of the service.

We like to come here for the vanilla chai. For some reason every location in Texas likes to serve a hot chai in a paper cup with an open lid. These paper cups are not sufficient for insulating the heat from the drink. At most locations in texas I have to specify that obvious fact. At this location when I requested a Styrofoam cup for my hot drink I was told that they don't have large Styrofoam cups. I thought the statement was rather bold as the cups were clearly visible from my vantage. If you don't want to put a hot beverage in the correct cup even upon request that's one thing but don't lie...

March 05, 2023: Increased the 1 star to 5 stars. They now have a good staff and the quality of food has come back up. The staff is nice and polite to its customers. I love this place. I consider this again to be one of the best Dunkins.

May 03, 2022: I believe most of the staff has been replaced about a month ago. The old staff kept up consistently with getting out good quality food. The old staff was trained well. A month ago, I considered this store to be one of the best Dunkins. But after a month with the new staff, the quality of food has gone down, there is no consistency in getting food out. Dine in has completely stopped. Mobile ordering has completely stopped. Only drive through exists now as they are unable to fulfill orders and mess up the final orders despite having to process only drive through. One would think since only drive through orders are being taken, the quality and consistency of food can be maintained. Apparently that is not the case. Very...
