Great food, the app has totally made my experience so frustrating with you guys though. I wish someone would tell Corporate or higher up about all the problems with the app. It either glitches or kicks me out of the app or freezes when it’s time to make a payment.
Today it randomly logged me out in the middle of my order, so I finished my order then had to start all over again when it made me login. Then when I finally went to check out expecting something to go wrong, the time is off. It is 6:50 PM here and the app says earliest available is 8:50 PM.
This is the third time in the past month I cannot order off the app. What’s the point of giving reward points if you can’t earn them. You need to fire whoever is in charge of the app honestly I can build a better...
Read moreI'm done with this location and maybe Firehouse in general. I went in on 10/7/2024 just before 8pm (store hours indicate they are open until 9pm). No other patrons were in the store. One worker was in the food prep area and clearly saw me enter the store. She appeared to be rearranging items in the food prep area but I couldn't tell for sure.
I stood at the counter for at least 5 min. No one offered to take my order.
This exact thing happened to me on a separate occasion. There were a couple of patrons in the store but it was not busy at all.
When it happened again, I figured I better post about it and see if this gets anyone's attention.

Read moreIt was disappointing to see that not one employee was wearing a mask during our visit. Especially since COVID cases in Texas are increasing every day with the young adults, which was the demographic of those working in the store.
When I called the store, the manager told me that since the Governor has not mandated masks that you have no control over making employees wear one. This is simply not true and quite frankly a weak excuse.
Firehouse Subs states that it cares about “First Responders”. I find that contradictory to what we saw in the store this evening.
