The jeweler that we purchased my wedding set from went out of business, so I was looking for a local business that could check and clean my rings periodically. I had also noticed that the white gold appeared to be tarnishing and didn’t understand that so I called and talked to the Ranch Road Jewelry owner Bob, just prior to Thanksgiving. He was very nice and explained that there was a process for restoring my rings to their original state and that they also cleaned and inspected rings and diamonds and we’re a full-service jewelry store. I advised that I would be in after the Thanksgiving holidays closer to Christmas. Today was that day. It’s a very secure shopping experience, which I actually appreciate especially in today’s environment where it seems there are a lot of unfortunate and desperate people roaming about. Once I entered, the store Cookie greeted me and ask me how she could assist. I explained what I had been told, and she took me up to the jewelry counter in the front and introduce me to Mark who would assist me. He listened to the situation and took a look at my rings, and assured me they would look like new when done. He took all my information and data entered me into their system and gave me a receipt for my rings. They actually do this in-house, which is another huge bonus. He went back and spoke with them, and they said it would probably only be a half hour before they would be finished. So, after confirming that was what I wanted and that I would do it this time on a one time basis, he labeled my rings, and took them back to them to be worked on. I need to remark on how beautiful this facility is!!! The artwork is really awesome and really provides a lot of color above all the glass cases that hold the pretties. I had advised Mark that I had errands to run and I would drop back by on my way home. I was really shocked at how easy and quick this process was. Mark provided great customer service, and was very pleasant. I picked up my rings which were ready as promised. I am glad that I am now established with a local jeweler and look forward to shopping there in the future I highly recommend Ranch Road Jewelry...

I had three pair of earrings and one bracelet that needed repair, and mentioning this to a neighbor, she confessed that she had pearls that needed to be examined for repair as well, so she offered to take me to “her jeweler,” George Poe, Owner of Ranch Road Jewelry. I was treated like royalty by Lisa, the Manager, and her level of expertise, knowledge, and professionalism was beyond compare. I was given the time and attention that one would equate with a customer purchasing a three carat diamond, and I had merely four repairs!
