Ho’s Kitchen – A Hidden Gem Deserving a Crowd
I’ve been to Ho’s Kitchen multiple times now, including today, and every visit has been fantastic. This Viet-style restaurant, which opened just over a month ago, is serving some of the best pho, banh mi, and vermicelli bowls around.
The pho broth is incredibly flavorful—rich, aromatic, and clearly made with care. It’s the kind of broth that keeps you coming back.
The banh mi is another highlight. The bread has that perfect balance of crispy outside and soft inside, and the pork is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.
The salt and pepper chicken wings are also worth mentioning—crispy, well-seasoned, and absolutely addictive.
I’ve yet to try something here that I didn’t enjoy. The food is consistently excellent, and while the restaurant hasn’t been busy on my visits, it really should be. Ho’s Kitchen is a hidden gem that deserves...
Read moreWe were pretty unhappy with our order, unfortunately. The service was good, if a little slow because it was very busy. The estimated wait we were given for takeout was accurate and not unreasonable.
However, the food was an issue. The flavors were very good, I really liked the homemade fish sauce, it was quite sweet. The flavor of the pork was good, the beef flavor was good, the egg roll was good and tasted like the fish sauce.
The bun noodles were very overcooked, the pork was sliced excessively thin and was overcooked to the point of being leathery, we were given fried rice when we asked for white rice. The noodle and beef serving size were both much smaller than the price would suggest. There was plenty of the pork, but it was unpleasant to eat due to the overcooking. I would have preferred more noodles, cooked better and maybe the thinner kind, and slightly less pork but...
Read moreDelicious food, caring/attentive staff and beautiful ambiance! Decided to check out this restaurant with my family and so glad we did! Drove from a fair distance away and it was well worth the drive. We had the grilled pork spring rolls and fried chicken as appetizers and for our main entrees we had the Pho Bo Vien (add tripe), the rice platter and the bun thit nuong.
As a Vietnamese person who grew up eating authentic Vietnamese food, I can attest to the fact that Ho’s Kitchen has top notch Vietnamese cuisine! We were happy with the excellently seasoned food and how nice the staff and owners were! Also their menu is relatively small (1 page) and not overwhelming. We prefer going to restaurants that have a smaller amount of selections so they can focus on the taste and execution of each dish. Come try Ho’s Kitchen and you will not be disappointed!
We will be coming...
