It was our first time visiting Ho’s Kitchen, a day after their grand opening. While the food was excellent the service was a bit lacking. There were only four people in the restaurant, including us, and somehow our order was forgotten for over 30 minutes. A new couple came in, were seated, and had their food for ten minutes before they realized. During this time, there was a woman behind us complaining about a hair in her food. Not a great first experience. The wait staff seemed to be really young and checked out. That being said, when we did get our food it was good. My fiancé loved his combination pho. I had the banh mi and it was delicious; the bread that it was on was soft, the ingredients tasted fresh, and it was really well toasted. I would eat here again just for the banh mi, but next time I’d go for takeout instead of waiting inside.

Came here for their soft opening and was not disappoint with the food or service. I was feeling under the weather, so I needed a Pho pick me up and they had what I needed! For some reason, I want fried food when im sick, so the fried chciken wings were really good. They were not wet saucey but had a nice dry rub that was sweet and savory and crispy, really good and the price was really good. Tried the Large beef pho combo, the broth was beefy, not sweet or citrus. They gave a lot of noodles and meats. The only thing that wasn't good was the tendon, hard and chewy, wasn't cooked long enough. The chicken pho was my main dish and it was good. It still looked like beef broth, but it tasted like chicken. Prices are decent, and the service is good. I would definitely come recommend coming here.

Ordered the combination pho. Came with all the meats on the menu with surprise beef tendon. Generous portion of meat to noodle ratio, my kind of pho. The side vegetables served was the perfect amount for two people. Flank and brisket were both tender and absorbed all the flavors of the pho. Tripe was the book kind, thinly sliced, provided a crunchy texture. Loved the thinness which made it easier to eat with the noodles. Soup base was slightly sweet but deeply spiced and rich in flavor yet light on the palate. Enjoyed it enough to keep sipping the soup after I was done eating. Plenty of green onions, just the way I like. Ideal bowl of pho for me, optimal ratio of all components presented in an amazing broth. I will be back to try the rice dishes and vermicelli bowls.

Ho’s Kitchen – A Hidden Gem Deserving a Crowd

I’ve been to Ho’s Kitchen multiple times now, including today, and every visit has been fantastic. This Viet-style restaurant, which opened just over a month ago, is serving some of the best pho, banh mi, and vermicelli bowls around.

The pho broth is incredibly flavorful—rich, aromatic, and clearly made with care. It’s the kind of broth that keeps you coming back.

The banh mi is another highlight. The bread has that perfect balance of crispy outside and soft inside, and the pork is tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

The salt and pepper chicken wings are also worth mentioning—crispy, well-seasoned, and absolutely addictive.

I’ve yet to try something here that I didn’t enjoy. The food is consistently excellent, and while the restaurant hasn’t been busy on my visits, it really should be. Ho’s Kitchen is a hidden gem that deserves...

We were pretty unhappy with our order, unfortunately. The service was good, if a little slow because it was very busy. The estimated wait we were given for takeout was accurate and not unreasonable.

However, the food was an issue. The flavors were very good, I really liked the homemade fish sauce, it was quite sweet. The flavor of the pork was good, the beef flavor was good, the egg roll was good and tasted like the fish sauce.

The bun noodles were very overcooked, the pork was sliced excessively thin and was overcooked to the point of being leathery, we were given fried rice when we asked for white rice. The noodle and beef serving size were both much smaller than the price would suggest. There was plenty of the pork, but it was unpleasant to eat due to the overcooking. I would have preferred more noodles, cooked better and maybe the thinner kind, and slightly less pork but...

Delicious food, caring/attentive staff and beautiful ambiance! Decided to check out this restaurant with my family and so glad we did! Drove from a fair distance away and it was well worth the drive. We had the grilled pork spring rolls and fried chicken as appetizers and for our main entrees we had the Pho Bo Vien (add tripe), the rice platter and the bun thit nuong.

As a Vietnamese person who grew up eating authentic Vietnamese food, I can attest to the fact that Ho’s Kitchen has top notch Vietnamese cuisine! We were happy with the excellently seasoned food and how nice the staff and owners were! Also their menu is relatively small (1 page) and not overwhelming. We prefer going to restaurants that have a smaller amount of selections so they can focus on the taste and execution of each dish. Come try Ho’s Kitchen and you will not be disappointed!

We will be coming...
