I was at little caesar and the line was long, several people walked out. while one young man was trying to take the order of a woman who could not speak English, all the other employees were in the back saying will I cant speak Spanish. the manager was also in the back. I feel it was the managers responsibility to go to the front and help by taking the orders of the others customers who were waiting, but he chose to hide. I moved around to the other side of the store to see who was talking out loud were we customers could hear, it was a short man who was clearly upset with his fellows co-warkers he was shouting out the f word and noticed me and told the manager to go find out what the lady who was staring at him wanted. when the manager came to me I gave him an ear full which didnt seam to get through, was yelling at co-workers and giving the guy taking orders a very hard time, while the manager just watched, and there was another young not paying attention to what was going on around him because he had his earphones on, and had to remove them to hear me ask if my pizza was ready, I asked because people who came in after me were getting there orders and I was not. He said it was out and was getting cut into sections, well after it was cut it yo was put into a pile where all the other pizzas were being forgotten about. This was a bad experience and even worse management failed to to assess the whole situation and correct it. he hide like a coward. we have always come to Caesars cause it was nice never had a problem, tonight was not a good...
Read moreHonestly I frequent this location and overall the service is not anything to wrote about either way. However, since the addition of online ordering this location is slowly becoming an inconvenience. I love the online feature, and always use it.
If you walk into this place understand that no one will greet you ever. Half the time they won't even look at the door when it opens. There are minimally 5 on staff to make and sell pizza without delivery. I see a place that could run efficient with 2-3 staff members, but they need more than that because no one wants to work.
I sat waiting for an online order on several occasions, and watched them sell the exact item I ordered to a walk in customer. They always say that wasn't the one I ordered. Dude... if it is a lunch special does it really matter? I feel sorry for these guys as it's obviously poor management and training. They all act like they are doing a good job which means someone is supporting their behavior.
Hope this one closes like the Leander location. Whoever owns this franchise should stop by more often and...
Read moreWe ordered 4 pizzas and crazy bread w/ sauce. I received a message that my order was ready to be picked up. Only 2 pizzas were in the portal to pick up. The manager told me that I’d need to wait 10 minutes more for the remaining two to be made. I said ok. Then when I got home my son asked where the crazy bread was. I looked at the receipt and we were charged for crazy bread & sauce but it was not there. I returned to the store and explained. The “manager”’shoved a bag of crazy bread at me w/ sauce. I told her I was upset because twice they’d screwed up on the same order. She replied “Oh well, check your order next time.” I will. But I shouldn’t HAVE to and a “manager” should behave better. I didn’t catch her name on my way out so I peeked into the store windows to see if she was wearing a name badge…only to catch her flipping me off (she did this in front of customers waiting to be served). I have a picture of it if anyone wants to actually do anything about it. Everyone I know has complained about this location but it just gets...
