Update may 2024: This place is still just as amazing as my last review, but I would like to highlight 2 things: Their attentiveness to my sons allergies Their customer service.
Our son is severely allergic to milk, eggs, and peanuts. Marcos is one of the few pizza chains that has dairy free crusts, so we order from here a lot. (And they are also so delicious!) We make sure to specify his allergies as any allergy parent should... at least in the beginning until we felt confident that they wouldn't accidentally put cheese on there like so many places do.. they have always been so accommodating to our bizarre cheeseless pizza every time. At one point, they even called to let us know they had a desert our son could have as well.
Fast forward to today, my husband accidentally forgot to hit no cheese on our sons pizza. Their employee Karen recognized our name/address and realized we usually have a cheeseless pizza in our order and called us to double check!? I'm sorry, but that is over the top amazing customer service, especially from a pizza shop! She saved us from having a super bummed 11 yo boy not getting to eat pizza with us bc of an allergen on his pizza. She deserves employee of the year in my book. And I just can't say enough positive things about this particular marcos pizza franchise.

Read moreI am sharing this review in hopes that the manager at the Little Elm Trail location in Cedar Park knows just how lucky his is for the 2 employees he had working tonight. I ordered a pizza tonight Tuesday Aug. 29, 2023, I went to go pick it up and there was 3 people in front of me and I overheard the young lady behind the counter apologizing to the guests in front of me because they were shorthanded. Shorthanded, it was just 2 employees holding down the fort, this young lady, and another gentleman. I did not get her name but she was amazing and not only should management be proud of her but she should be very proud of herself. She was waiting on customers and answering the phone and making pizza the while shouting out compliments to the gentleman that was working with her. Telling him that he was doing a great job and she appreciated him being there. These 2 kids ran that business like they owned it. Their commitment to getting everyone's order out quite a sight to see. I will defiantly be calling to make sure someone saw this review. Read moreTried ordering a second time and they said it be 45 minutes and understand it could be longer but after hour and a half they said the driver had already left 30 minutes prior, and it already made their last delivery and was on the way over even though they have a 5 mile delivery area somehow it was another 30 minutes East investigate this because something is going on see below
Last time I ordered Employee will not answer the phone for first 15 minutes then 30 minutes
drove up to the store and The only employee is baking a pizza for his girlfriend out the parking lot It is not busy and there are no other orders being made
went in and asked him why he would not answer the phone still ringing and he asked me do you want to place an order and I said yes I’ve been trying to place an order and I said for the last 30 minutes I have been trying to on the phone and he says that they don’t take orders over the phone
