Once always great, now often-terrible.
This location once had very friendly and competent staff. People were friendly, items were delivered in a timely fashion, and orders were always accurate. Since the recent renovation, however, this place has gone down hill with alarming speed and consistency of trend.
To highlight a few examples. We had one night where in a bit of indecisiveness on a drink, we had a wrong drink logged and didn't catch that the wrong drink was entered on screen. Rather than simply correct the error, the employee chose to argue with us about what drink we really wanted, and then "corrected" the problem by handing us a second wrong drink of a different variety. In another instance, we were handed another car's food. The food was shoved out the window, and the window closed without a word as the employee had more important things to do (ie chitchat). When my roommate knocked on the window to get their attention, something that would have been unnecessary had they taken 5 seconds to make sure we were all set (before this place always took a brief moment to make sure you got everything and didn't need anything further), they acted annoyed, switched the food, again without a word, and closed the window again, and went back to chitchatting. On another trip, we payed, then pulled up to the second window and they had no clue who we were or what we'd ordered and needed our receipt to get our stuff ready from scratch, leaving us sitting, after which we had to pull forward and wait for an additional several minutes (it was longer than entire orders usually take to put together and have ready), and the girl who came out to our vehicle didn't offer so much as an apology that we'd have gladly accepted, instead literally just saying "here", handing us the food, and walking off.
These are not cherry-picked examples out of a large number of trips. I am highlighting 3 of our last 5 visits. It's not just that mistakes were made by the crew; that I could understand and deal with to a point. It's that as customers we have been consistently treated with outright contempt. Sometimes it's not like that, as some of the crew are still great, but as long as I have to roll the dice on getting people who care if my food is correct, timely, and delivered with even a sliver of customer service, we're done with this establishment until...
Read moreI just want to state that usually don't post reviews but felt the need to address this experience. 6/8/18 10:40pm I went through the drive thru as I was getting my food I asked for 2 buffalo sauces and 2 ranch (per usual when I go to McDonalds) they lady who was at the window in a very rude manner said "im only giving you one of each" ???? and walked away to go get them. She then came back and said "next time if you want more you have to order them while your ordering" I'm sorry?? I'm so used to just asking and getting it with no issue? what's the difference?? You want to charge me for two extra sauces go ahead?? But why act like that towards me when I said nothing or did nothing wrong to her to get that disrespect not to mention the attitude and facial expression she was giving. I would've gotten off to complain about the situation but I've worked in the food industry when I was younger and I know what it's like and what happens when people complain NOTHING. If you don't like your job or your having a bad day I'm very sorry for you but all I want is to eat and enjoy my food, nothing more. On top of all of that, I asked for no onions on one of the burgers that I ordered and guess what? it had onions which I am HIGHLY allergic to. I cannot believe I'm taking the time to write a review about McDonald's but this whole situation has me VERY upset and I had to let everyone know about the very poor customer service...
Read moreWorst experience ever. They don't listen to customers. They made a mistake by leaving something I ordered off the my order. When i brought it up to them and I told them about it they wanted me to go around and wait in a long drive thru line to re-order something I already ordered. They denied me the ability to fix the issue and instead made excuse that they can't ring me up anymore items. I asked if they could just charge me the item I'm missing and they denied this and they told me to to go back thru line and order again that they had no ability to charge me. Then the manager came and told me the same thing so something that takes 30 sec to add to my order and charge me. They have a reserve parking for orders just like this but they refused that service to me saying to go around. This was thier mistake but they wanted me to fix the issue. What kind of customer service is this? The manager also has no regard and no ability to problem solve and made the situation worse. This is worst experience I have had just asking for something I should have had in the first place. I understand there is issues but it's not my job to tell them how to do a job just like it's not there job to tell me to wait in a 10 min line to get an order I...
