Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Cedar Park

Come to this canes a bunch, and it’s pretty consistent in terms of food and service. The tenders be crispy, the fries are salted, and the toast is fresh and fluffy. Appreciate the hard work and politeness of the staff who help both front / drive-thru.

I will say a couple of things that would hopefully top off their already stellar operations, though.

Their booths inside are almost always greasy. Always…. Greasy. I understand some customers can be messy, but every single time we’ve come in and wanna sit booths, we gotta wipe it down a bunch.

If we eat in, food is crispy, delicious, fresh. If we take out and don’t leave the styrofoam boxes open, everything gets super soft and soggy. Could new takeout tech be used to curb this? Perhaps only the future will let us know, idk. But it’d be nice, just saying. Not a dealbreaker, just thinking aloud, and this goes for every other restaurant, not just canes. But it can make a massive difference in the food quality here.

Can mobile orders be picked up through drive time in the future? Sometimes I’m lazy, and I’m just being honest.

Food is great, Servers were average not mean or peppy. The only reason my rating is 2 stars for this particular canes location is because the oder inside was horrid I went here with my mom for the first time I have ordered my food online before and it was super good and I was apply to go in person, soon as I stepped in the door it smelled horrid like they needed ventilation or something, but it's not just that the place was super untidy, the counters were dirty and the server your own drinks station was gross ketchup came out from the pumps and some weird substance was on the ice maker machine. I could tell that the employees did not care about how customers were feeling. But yeah I'm super sorry my mom had to stand inside and wait for me to get my food the smell left a horrid taste in my mouth I don't think I'll be craving canes for a while now. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. After being a frequent customer because i live so close and usually go to the drive through and pick up two three piece combos on days i don't feel like cooking at home. I went to the drive through on Wednesday and ordered the two combo meals. I usually pay with my debit card and today i had $20 dollar bill. So i decided to pay cash and just seemed to have enough money because the combos totaled $19.89. As they provided the food at the window i asked the associate for an extra sauce. She said its .39 cents. I told the girl thank you but i don't have the change and said ok. I was appalled that i had just spent $20 and they WOULD NOT comp me a .39 cent sauce. To add insult to injury i called and spoke to a manager and i did not feel any better after talking to him. I will never again choose to spend my hard earned...
