Some of my coworkers have bought cookies from this chain and sang praises about them. And it just so happens there was one in my area. When I arrived, I could instantly smell freshly baked cookies. To me, that’s one of the best smells in the world. Granted, the inside area was very small for customers; only enough room to organize a line to the register and two spaces to place orders via touchscreen displays. The touchscreen displays were very convenient and allowed me to easily browse their wares. I was surprised (and somewhat disappointed) that only six types of cookies were available. It wasn’t until I did a little digging that this business would rotate flavors each week and offer special kinds during certain seasons/holidays/etc. The cashier was friendly and easily answered all my questions. I’m thankful she confirmed how the carrot cake cost about a dollar more than the other cookies. The cookies I chose were Double Fudge Brownie, Lemon Crinkle, and Strawberry Pretzel Pie. The size for each cookie was considerable but also had a price to match; over $4 per cookie. Definitely a treat to be enjoyed sparingly. The Double Fudge Brownie cookie was deemed excellent by my dad. As for my mom, who wanted the Lemon Crinkle, she thought it was okay, believing it could have used more lemon zest to improve the flavor. And after sampling it, I’d have to agree; the Crinkle cookie seemed to need more lemon and probably could have done with a slightly fancier appearance like some icing/glaze. When I dig into the Strawberry Pretzel Pie, I was surprised by how thick the cookies were. The people who made these did not do things by halves. And the flavor was pretty tasty. The pretzels added a nice crunch with the strawberry sauce being tangy and sweet, the cream topping was smooth and, well, creamy. I’m not sure how often I’ll return here, but the other options in rotation have earned my interest. The prices are high, but when they do cookies right, they’re done right.

I just recently learned about these wonderful cookies. I now have to be very careful with that knowledge as these are dangerously good! Since it was my first visit, I bought four. Pictured are two salted caramel, one pecan pie (that was my favorite) and a chocolate chip on the end. They are huge. Approximately three to four inches. I'm told they freeze well, but mine didn't get the chance to be frozen. They are a little on the pricey side but so worth it! My order with a tip was a little over $15. I now use them as a treat once in a while and just purchase one. They have a great app where you can place your order. You can choose delivery, store pick up, catering pickup for 50 or more cookies, and even shipping. You pay in the app and tap the I'm here tab when you arrive, and they'll get your order ready. They have a weekly menu in the app and even have weekly ice cream flavors. I haven't tried that yet. Don't hesitate to try these cookies, but be warned. You'll want many more. *********9/3/24********* I decided to treat myself today while I was out and about. I haven't had a delicious Crumbl cookie since my birthday a few months ago. I had seen the Beetlejuice one on their app. It sounded too good to resist. It's actually called The Afterlife Cake. It's two tiers of chocolate cake with vanilla and dark chocolate cream cheese frosting. It comes with a cute Beetlejuice topper. And, notice the snake texture on top? That's a good attention to detail. I've tasted a little of the icing, which is smooth and yummy. I've got some milk and I'm going to enjoy my indulgence.

I posted a review yesterday that wasnt great. I had just eaten at Izumi and i think i was so full nothing would have tasted great. I tried the cookies again this morning and they were much better. I still stand by the fact that the service was great. Fast and friendly. Also, the vanilla sugar cookie is phenomenal!! I am known for my sugar cookies but that cookie just might beat mine! Im still not a fan of the buckeye and think it needs more salt and the cake batter blondie is way too sweet with the white chips. The smores is just ok but i would love a base cookie that was just Graham cracker, not the chocolate chip, with a dollop of chocolate and a big dollop of marshmallow on top. The churro would be PERFECT without the hazelnut spread in the middle...it just totally clashes with the flavor profile of the cookie. Lastly, still not a fan of the chocolate chip it feels really heavy and clunky, and overly sweet. The plain vanilla sugar cookie lessened the blow that was driving 45 minutes and paying $45 for a dozen cookies none of us really liked. Dang.

Cookies are good, but the experience makes it not worth it. Such a cluster inside with no direction from staff or signs. Ordered on the kiosk after finally asking someone what the process was, still waited an hour. Walked up to the front to see what was taking so long, and I saw them scrolling past many names on their screen. There didn't seem to be a system. Other people Ordered on-line the day before and still waited 45 mins. It would help if there were signs telling you how to proceed, or a staff member that would address the customers instead of acting like you don't see them. Maybe a screen that shows your name, and wait, and place in line. I might return once they get this issue figured out, otherwise I will not be back.

This place wasn't bad, but I'm unsure that I will become any kind of regular here. The cookies were good, but very rich and dense. They didn't exactly seem worth the price that they cost. I like their idea of serving different kinds of cookies though, and I am intrigued with the flavors that they have had in the past. The shop was very clean, and the employees were friendly when ordering. There is some sort of self-service kiosk there as well, which seemed like a nice addition to the modern environment it had. Overall, I would be happy to come back, but I could live without.

Believe the hype!! Really enjoyed my experience at Crumbl. Ordered a variety box of 12 and everything was delicious. Even the carrot cake cookie and I’m usually not a fan. Some of the cookies were served warm but I didn’t get a chance to eat them until later. Everything is prepped and baked onsite. You can see all the cookies being made since the kitchen was open to see for the public. It was clean and orderly. It was slightly packed since it was a small space, but that is to be expected the first little while that they are open. Highly recommend if you’re craving cookies!
