I recently had a fantastic experience at Wendy's of Cedar Springs, and I wanted to share my positive feedback. This particular location stands out from other Wendy's I've visited, thanks to its fresh food, excellent customer service, and special deals.

First and foremost, the food at Wendy's of Cedar Springs is consistently fresh and delicious. While the wait time can occasionally be a bit long, the quality of the food makes up for it. Their management and training team deserve praise for ensuring the staff members are well-prepared and enthusiastic about serving customers. I couldn't really score atmosphere as we didn't eat in the restaurant. I really wish Google gave you the option of leaving a 0 star review because this place doesn't even deserve that a negative score would be better. As far as the food goes, I would highly recommend that you go somewhere that knows how to COOK food. We went through the drive thru and got 3 breakfast meals. Drove home to eat and by the time I drove the 3 miles home, my food was literally refrigerator cold. It could not have possibly been warm when they packaged it. I also got home to find that they never gave me the french toast sticks that i ordered. Drove back up there to get them and told them what had happened and oh im so sorry. I realize people make mistakes, but they could have offered to remake the sandwiches so they'd be warm. They don't care they already had my $28. It'll definitely be the last as we will NOT be back. 2 mobile orders, same vehicle. Was asked to pull forward. Brought us out one bag, I asked about the second order.. we were given another customers order AND THEY ASKED FOR IT BACK. I said to the employee.. I PUT MY HANDS IN THAT BAG AND IVE BEEN EATING THE FRIES. ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO GIVE THIS FOOD TO THEM. (the vehicle behind me) She said yes, and promptly took the bag back. As she walked away, I said to her.. So are you going to tell them I HAD MY HANDS IN THEIR BAG++ AND was eating there food?

She never even looked back, went back inside with the bag...

I'm shocked that they took back an order after I TOLD THEM I've been eating the fries out of the bag.

If a order is handled by another customer, AND they ate my fries.. no way in hell would I want that food. Idk what wrong with their heads-
