Arby's — Restaurant in Celina

Usually good this time just wasn't it. I don't mind waiting a little bit I understand things happen but this was ridiculous. There was an order in the drive that they were taking care of that waited 12 minutes before they got pulled. I was the only person in the lobby at the time and had to wait 15 minutes before I could place my order even tho an employee tried to take my order and the manager told him to wait the guy in the drive was more important. They get my food dropped which consisted of a gyro, honey mustard wrap, chicken tender, some fries and potato cakes. They told me it would be a five minute wait on fresh tenders I said again that is no problem I understand how the food industry works and I'm a patient person. The reason I'm writing this is at 5 minutes the tenders come up and the manager gave 3 of my tenders out to the car that was pulled to make it right for them. Again that's awesome for them well now I have to wait for 3 more fresh tenders for my now 2 getting cold tenders and my honey mustard wrap. Now by the time my food is about done some family of one of the employees walks up to the counter and gets a discount just for being family. Finally 15 minutes after I placed my order and a total of 30 minutes after I arrived I get my half cold food. At the full cost and with nothing to make it right. Id give lower but I understand this isnt the standard and I'm not looking for compensation at this point I just won't...
