First off I want to say every time I come into the place everyone is so nice! The flavors and variety are exceptional! However, the last 2 to 3 times I have been there, my Boba see you not be prepared all the way… It seems very firm and not as chewy as I should be. This will not keep me from coming and hopefully someone can fix that...
