Had lunch, ordered the Bi Bim Bop. I advise never to order BiBimBop here. NOT. AGAIN NOT AUTHENTIC but a joke and should be shut down for misrepresenting this Korean dish. Nasty, insulting and embarrassing for a staple Korean dish. Barely any beef. The type of vegetables was about 6 small slivers of carrots. No flavor. There was actual salad, like cheap salad in a bag one gets from the grocery store and add to the insult, iceberg lettuce was added as a filler. No Korean veggies of any type in this dish. I was flabbergasted that they called this Bi Bim Bop and slightly annoyed they charged this much for a joke of a Korean dish. Really sad. My boys had the over priced Bento lunches of Teriyaki Chicken and Chicken Katsu. Not good at all, over cooked and portions were extremely small for the cost. Spent over $52 with tip and 2 cans of soda. Highly disappointed and puzzled on how this place gets high ratings. Must get false reviews here because this was just horrible and over priced for the bland taste, low quality and extremely small portions. Embarrassing excuse for Asian dishes. Really, don't go here and save your money for egg rolls at Jack n...

Anytime a restaurant has sushi and I get something else alarms should be going off. Trust me it's not that my sushi standards are too high, I'll eat the stuff off the ground. It's that their Bibimbap is so good. Did I spell that right? 50/50 chance I didn't because I had never had it before coming here but now I'm sold. The over easy egg mixed with the meat and that sauce ....I'm getting hungry all over again.

This place is small and it's anything but fancy. You can grab your own can of ice tea from the fridge next to the counter....and yes you are ordering at a counter. Not to say you couldn't eat in here but why would you? Your couch is more comfortable and there is a new season of Portlandia on Netflix.

The prices are pretty good especially for the huge pile of food you get and the place is pretty clean and friendly enough. And it's perfectly positioned on the way home from work....unless you aren't me...then it may not be quite...

Sakura Bowl is one of the best places to get Asian food around! You cannot beat these prices for the amount of food they give you and the taste. I love that you can adjust your spice level if you don't have as high of a spice tolerance, and the food still tastes great. I come to visit once every month or so because I can't stay away from their spicy pork. I decided to try the tonkatsu for the first time, and I was definitely pleased with the result. I always get a side of kimichi with my order too because it's always fresh, and you can't beat that smell. The best part is the staff. They are some of the nicest people I have ever met. You can tell they really care about their customers and the quality they put out. They will always greet you with the biggest smiles on their face, and I love that they always ask how my day is when I come in. At Sakura Bowl, definitely come for the food but stay for...

We came mid-afternoon after bike ride. I got a spicy pork bowl and she got a shrimp bowl. It was really quiet and weird for the next 10 minutes to hear exactly our food being prepared in the back, and then the cook / cashier brought our food to the table. The spice on my pork was perfect and I liked the green peppers, but I wasn't fan of the cabbage under the meat. I would have preferred more veggies of some other kind, but my wife said the cabbage gave her nice memories of when she lived in Asia. She liked her shrimp bowl, but the tails were still on the shrimp. There was complimentary black tea, but it tasted like hot water to me. The prices were reasonable, and the dining area in bathroom were clean. The staff person notably used hand sanitizer and wore a face mask.

Overpriced and basic. I wanted to switch it up and try this place. Environment inside is very warm but the food made me mad. It's like you went to kings and bought a packet of ramen, throw an egg, cook a few slices of pork and top it with a few green onion. I could make the same thing at 1/4 the price. The egg was overcook. When it should be slightly runny on the inside. They also really went cheap with the veggies too. I'm so use to an inviting plate. Looking empty is not pleasing. For $20 for my meal. On the window it says good food, good price, it was neither. I'd recommend going to sakiya ramen or bop and gogi.
