Our stay was GREAT! The staff (front desk and housekeeping) were all nice and willing to help with our needs. We loved the fire pit! It kept us warm on the cool nights. Due to COVID, breakfast consists of a bag of snacks. The placement of the microwave and fridge were perfect and the closet is a very nice size!! We didn’t like the position of the TV. It’s pretty hard to see the full picture from the 2nd bed. The towels were way too hard. They need to invest in fabric softener. The vent in room 316 was pretty dusty and didn’t work half the time. And lastly the frosted glass on the sliding door of the bathroom didn’t allow for much privacy. Don’t be like me and get locked in the bathroom on your first night. Push the bigger white button AND pull open the door at the same time. To sum it up, there were a few not so great things but even with those, this is a great place to stay. I would definitely stay here again!

First impressions to a long ways. After a string of disappointing or downright infuriating stays, or a lack-there-of (we recently camped in a parking lot at a fairfield and almost surrendered our marriott membership because of how poorly we were treated *glares at colorado springs*), this place is, so far- truly a pleasure. The girls at the front desk we're a pleasure to work with getting checked in and both brought their A-Games. Thanks guys!

Good overall, but toilets are a problem. Nice place, friendly staff, but unfortunately the place was built using kid sized toilets, which are unusable by a regular adult male. I had to do my business at the Denny's next door. Good thing is that this can be fixed by simply changing out the toilets.

Check in was ok, the lady at the desk was not friendly at all. She couldn't have cared less about doing her job.

The room had some plumping issues that went on all night, some weird gurgling sound that not even the loud AC vould cover.

We booked through Travelocity and pre paid, then paid the 20.00 incidental charge at check in, they then charged us an additional 80.00 at check in. But said nothing of the additional 80.00. So when I saw it on my statement i showed her at check out, she said the check in process is tricky and the night clerk is new, that it would fall off after check out. I accepted that everyone makes mistakes.

But the following day we recieved another charge for 80.00 without any of the previous charges having fallen off yet. That's an additional 175.00 dollars we have to wait to fall off.

If you stay here, check your debit card regularly, I cant imagine how many people don't know the shady charges this hotel puts on.

I waited for the charges to fall off and when none of them did. I disputed them to the bank for fraud.

It was a nice clean hotel. But the overcharging and not taking any responsibility for making sure they fall off did not sit well with me so we will not be staying there again.

I still have not gotten a response from management on the issue either.

I called back and spoke with Hannah who advised the new girl "yet again" charged our card which is why we keep getting additional charges. "She (new girl) didn't know we had booked through Travelocity". Which makes no sense since I have recieved 2 statements from them saying 0.00 dollar balance owed. But they keep charging?

Hannah advised her manager would take care of it and would wipe my card from their history after he refunded it. Which will take 3-5 days to show back up in our card. Not very convenient when your traveling and every penny counts.

Lesson learned and I'm still out the official hotel charge 114.97 and the additional "mistake" charges of 176.69 while we wait for them to refund.

We do not...

I was staying at this hotel in preparation for a professional board exam I was taking nearby, and the amount I was able to hear through the walls and ceiling of the room made me regret that choice.

On my first night I was able to hear the couple above having intercourse extremely clearly through the ceiling. This was frustrated because THEY WERE NOT BEING LOUD; if they had been I would have been fine calling the front desk. People should feel free to use their hotel room how they want as long as they're not disturbing other guests. The issue is that the noise was transmitted so clearly through the ceiling that I was able to hear every noise even though it was also clear they weren't being especially loud.

I was able to get moved to a room on the third (top) floor, where I obviously didn't have issues with noise from above, yet I was still able to hear neighbors extremely clearly.

It's very unfortunate that I had this issue: the staff at the hotel were very pleasant and the decor is extremely modern. The breakfast was not great, but it was about on-par with other SpringHill Suites I've stayed at. The room furnishings were functional and the room was clean with no maintenance issues. But I can't recall a hotel, let alone a Marriott/Starwood property, that I've stayed at which had such an utter lack of any noise isolation among rooms. It's obviously an issue with the building and I can't see it being remedied without significant expense.

I can't recommend this hotel to anyone but extremely heavy sleepers or those who don't mind wearing...

My stay was great! The two queen room was spacious for me and my buddy's needs. I took the time to explore and trek Colorado in the winter and came back to Springhill Suites to recover to do it all over again the next morning. Location was good, I did not mind the distance. Bonus was it was close to an REI and Target. I would order takeout for dinner (instead of dine in) and eat at the living area on the couch while watching tv - this was a great separation of space and I appreciated the access to Netflix. Cleaning did not occur daily due to covid, which is understandable. I slept well without complaints. The additional mirror in the room made it easy to get ready while the bathroom was occupied. Breakfast was only available as packaged foods due to Covid and eating was not allowed in the lobby. No hot breakfast, but I don't mind for the sake of my safety. I only wished there were more food options that were less processed aside hardboiled eggs and yogurt; there were packaged sugary/processed pastries, bars, cereal, and fruit cups - an apple/banana, oatmeal, or cheese stick would have been nicer options. I still enjoyed my breakfast on the go with coffee as I woke up early to hit the road. The staff was nice and informative. I couldn't have asked for an...
