This place has been a five-star experience the past two times I went. But this time, after I recommended it as a location for my wife's coworkers, including C suite, and us to all meet up, did not live up to expectations.
When we got three duck pin lanes, we tried to open a tab for drinks and food at the bar, we were told to wait for a server to come by our lanes. A server had dropped off menus when we first arrived, but never came back, so after waiting about 20 minutes we went back to the bar and asked what was up. The bartender checked to see if there was a server assigned to our tables, and they said there wasn't, and that we could open a tab at the bar. We were able to order drinks, but the bar tender said that they would not bring our drinks to our table since we weren't ordering with a server (whose fault was that?).
Then, when we tried to order food at the bar, they told us we had to do that with our server. We told them we haven't seen a server and they said they'd send someone over. After asking various staff who walked by if we could order food, the original server who dropped off the menus showed up and tried to tell us that A) since our tab was at the bar we needed to order food from the bar (nevermind the bar telling us we had to order food from a server) and B) that since our time at the lanes was up in 15 we couldn't order food from her. I was eventually able to force the issue and order food for my 3-year-old, who by that time had been waiting 45 minutes for lunch, but the server was not happy about it at all and had an unhappy attitude during the whole interaction. We explained to her that we were moving to the big lanes in 15 minutes and could open a food tab with her and continue it but she wasn't having it.
Eventually she brought the food for our daughter with no utensils and had to go back and get it. Right when we got the utensils it was time to move anyway, but the lanes we'd reserved, while empty, were still messy and we had to stand around waiting for someone to clear them so we could sit down.
Once we got to the new full-sized lanes, service was ok from that point on.
The whole thing was embarrassing because I recommended Pindustry single strongly to my wife's coworkers and it turned out to be a logistical...
Read moreOur recent visit to Pindustry, costing close to $300 for bowling and food for six people, left us largely underwhelmed and frustrated. While an entertainment venue, the overall experience was severely hampered by excessive noise, slow service, and mediocre food, making the high price tag difficult to justify. There wasn't even love entertainment and the place looked largely empty.
Upon entering, we were immediately struck by the overwhelming volume. The noise level was so intense that my ears were ringing as we left, and having a conversation with our group without resorting to yelling was nearly impossible.
Only bowling was included, with no access to other attractions like games or billiards. This felt restrictive, especially given the premium price. Even "half-off" happy hour drinks, ranging from $11 to $17, contributed significantly to our bill, with $85 of it dedicated solely to beverages. While some in our group seemed to enjoy their drinks, the value proposition was questionable.
The food was a major disappointment. The queso, unfortunately, tasted distinctly like burnt cheese and was largely untouched by our group. The guacamole was bland and poorly prepared and hard. The pizza was decent, but it was hardly enough to salvage the culinary experience.
Service was exceptionally slow and unresponsive. It took a frustrating 30 minutes before anyone even approached our table, despite us having to go up to the desk twice to request assistance and ensure our bowling game was initiated. This lack of attentiveness was a significant detractor. At least they filled our chips. That was nice of them.
It's also really difficult to find parking, even when the venue was fairly empty.
For those seeking a more enjoyable and value-driven outing, other options would likely be a better choice.

Read moreMy family and I went in last night to celebrate my mother's birthday. Let me start off by saying this place was amazing. Not only is it one of the most unique places I've been to in Denver but the food and drinks were great! I see people on here say it's overpriced but Dave and busters and other places aren't as great quality and the atmosphere is not nearly as nice. You can tell just by walking in the owners take pride in this place and did their best to make it stand out compared to others! Staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, one specific encounter really stood out to my family and me.. when we came in it was very slippery out back my grandma is very fragile and was dreading coming out to the icy side walk. Me and my mom went out to check it out before leaving and see a security guard putting salt all throughout the back of the building. We were parked far along the side and didn't slip at all despite how much ice there was when we first came in. Not only did she do that but she seen us all carrying our leftovers and my grandma was not walking as fast as the rest of us. (There were about 9 but how could we leave behind grandma lol!) This girl security guard came over and asked my grandma if she would like help to the car. She walked her across the parking lot making sure she was safe and didn't slip. She thanked us for coming out and told us all to drive safe. It was very nice to see someone take time out of working and their day to do something so sweet and kind. My grandmother called me this morning to make sure I said something!! Lol not many places like that actually have friendly people and that made us even more eager to come back! Thank you pindustry creators and angel...
